Mirror linking Bent with Fulham at £8m. I've heard rumours that he may be off to Fulham. However at £8m, i will be pretty pissed off. Want at least £12m. The guy has pretty much scored 1 in 2 for us and is proven.

He reminds me a lot of Baines when he first played in the Prem. Great going forward and terrible at the back. Dont get me wrong hes nowhere near as good as Baines now or then. However he has the potential. Its up to him if he achieves it.

If we sold Bent to QPR that would be the stupidest thing Villa have ever done. That includes giving Heskey £50k pw.

I expect 2 CMs, 1 AM/Winger, 1 CB and 1 ST. That would be a very good window. I expect Hutton, Warnock, Bannan, Albrighton and Bent to leave.

Looks like this Leerdam link has legs. If we sign him, Stephens and Finbogason then I will be fairly happy. Finbogason looks like he is bit of a goal machine.

I think Vlaar and Gabby will be the important experience we need. For us its more about the quality we sign rather than how many PL games they have played.

I remember him playing AM for us against Man U in his first season and he was brilliant. Gone downhill since then. He shows flashes of being a good player but not consistent. Think we can get better.

The next 4 league games are important and games where we can build momentum and get some distance between us and the bottom 3. Saints at home, WBA away, Newcastle at home and West Ham at home.

His head has definitely been turned. He was very close to securing a dream move and it was taken away from him at the last minute. He was devestated.

Yup. Shows you how poor our squad is. Think Gabby has played well without adding much in terms of assists and goals. Baker is a very good prospect but we need some more players. Hopefully be rectified this transfer window.

Frimpong has been poor for Charlton apparently. Not the same player he was prior to injury.

He was pretty good for us last year but unfortunately isnt good enough for where we need to be. Not bad utility player to have but wouldnt be sad to see him leave.

Tbf I expected it from him. He will be a quality player but he is new to the league and young. Will have ups and downs but he is on course to finish for 12 to 15 goals this season in the League. Not bad for a awful side. 9 goals so far this season.
