  1. I've just accidentally seen the picture of the Palestinan (kid?) squashed by the tank. He had cable ties on his hands so looks like he had previously been detained. Horrific image that is imprinted on my brain forever.
  2. Hopefully Torres and/or Konsa are back this weekend.
  3. Those first three are massive for them. If Bell is out too then they will only have 2 fit centre backs.
  4. Richarlison out for a month for Spurs. Will definitely be a miss for them.
  5. Opportunistic sadist he may well be (he is), I am hoping it sparks something in the Labour party that they can not rest on their laurels. The Palestine issue is not just a muslim issue as has been perceived. It will impact votes. Will it make a signficant dent in their GE hopes? Probably not but not sure they can take the risk of sitting on every fence from here until the election.
  6. If we had held on against United and beaten Sheffield United then would be in the hunt but not now.
  7. I put some predictions together prior to the Brentford away game that had us finishing on 74 points. Based on the results since we are now tracking for 71 points - mainly down to the draw against Sheff United and loss against Newcastle. I've got us down for the following: Home Spurs - D Wolves - D Brentford - W Bournemouth - W Chelsea - W Liverpool - L Away Luton - W West Ham - D Man City - L Arsenal - L Brighton - 1 Crystal Palace - W I think that's pretty realistic rather than optimistic. Going to be tight for 4th but should be more than enough to get 5th.
  8. I think the word they are looking for is massacre
  9. Yeah I certainly won't be giving up hope if that happens. We could easily lose to Luton and beat Spurs.
  10. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe the total points are then divided by the number of teams you originally had in the various competitions. So the more the teams exit from your country then the less the additional coefficient points matter. I.e. if we get a total of 14 points then it is divided by 8 as that is the amount of teams we had across the 3 competitions, regardless of the fact that only 6 remain at this time.
  11. I’ll be a lot more confident after this weekend if we beat Luton and they lose to City. Then we just need the European results to go our way.
  12. It’s going to be a tough game. Their strengths are our weaknesses and vice versa. Without Lokonga their midfield is wide open. However, in Barkley and Doughty they have two players that can create plenty of chances. If Adebayo is back then it will be a difficult game.
  13. Think it’s a good thing that United won last night. They were crap but now have one more game to plan for.
  14. After posting on here I got a call from a company called plan.com They are offering me business rates as I have a limited company. 2 EE contracts for £59 a month. I get a brand new iPhone 15 and they pay off my and my wife’s existing contract up. Anyone heard of them?

    Jhon Durán

Definitely need him. He’s a much better option than playing Zaniolo or Rogers there. We need a physical presence at time and hes got that in abundance.

    Ezri Konsa

Lenglet and Pau for Luton. Lenglet and Konsa for Ajax. Konsa and Pau for Spurs.
  17. Need to keep Barkley and Doughty quiet on Saturday. Such a big game in terms of putting pressure on the other teams
  18. Coming from Balsall Heath (then moving to Leamington), I’d never dream of voting Tory. I reckon that’s more to do with political class than religion. A lot of Uber religious Muslims don’t even vote. They don’t believe in the system.
  19. Good that Paqueta is back and they’ve found some form again
  20. Didn’t he plant his mate for an interview and got found out?
