People keep saying get your cheque book out Tony! All I want is 11 players to put in 100%. The only two that seemed to do that today was Chester and dare I say it Hutton. im sure there are 8-9 players out there that would honestly cost **** all but would play their hearts out. Since O'Neil I've never seen such an anti can't be arced football club like Villa.

Johnstone - At fault for goal, didn't have much else to do. Is he any better/experienced than Gollini? Hutton - Only one that seemed to try and our most attacking threat. Shame he has very little footballing ability. Amavi - He's either tremendous or horrendous. Chester - Our best player by a mile. Elphick - Did ok but so slow. Jedinak - Interceptions and headers excellent. Everything else is pathetic. He's the type of player you want to bring on last 20 mins to close a game out (if we were ever winning). Tsibola - I like him when he's got the ball. Such an anti running player though. Bacuna - Terrible Adomah - ok Gabby - Terrible footballer. McCormack - if he's worth 12 million I'm worth 13. Shocking footballer. Green - Very nice. Grealish - over rated and lightweight. So dissapointing. I'd say we are 8-9 Chesters short of even wanting back in the Prem.

Let's get a few things straight. Team selection was perfect. How we started with Adomah and Bacuna was brilliant. New Keeper, Baker/Chester were near faultless. I thought we would get beat 4-0. HOWEVER Spurs basically played their B Team. We never got out of 1st gear until the last 5 mins when we might have got into 2nd gear (more like 1 1/2 gear if such a thing existed). It really was pathetic!! I expect these guys to put in 100% for 90 mins each week. These guys put in 10%, stroll around the pitch and it really is simply pathetic. Statistically these guys (midfield and attack) must cover/run about 1/4 of what the top players in the world do. There's no give and go's, nobody trying to dribble (apart from a poor Grealish), nobody blasting into the box and nobody (bar Adomah on the odd accession) ripping in crosses. Its all a bit meh from Villa. I'd take that result before the match but the desire/effort/commitment from midfield forward was 0/10.

I don't know how much we have to spend, I don't know how much we are allowed to spend. But I'm happy with GK, Defence & Strikers. We desperately need two midfielders.

Villa desperately need to sign two new central midfielders. Whilst Jedinak is good at defending the rest is 0/10. Not sure what Ayew offers anymore. Apart from that would take a point and move on,

By the sounds of it (gutted can't stream these matches) we performed much better than usual. Huddersfield were excellent in the 2nd half & beat Newcastle at weekend so look contenders for being up there at the end of the season. Unlucky to lose that goal but onwards and upwards.

Deserved a draw yesterday. Unlucky to lose thanks to a killer deflection. Di Matteo did great. My only complaints would be Bacuna sub was too late and midfield needs improved (hopefully that will happen this week).

1) Sheffield Wednesday will finish top 6 easy… we were away and lost to a very unlucky incident. 2) Desperately need a world class central midfielder. 3) If we are going to play Gestede the likes of Amavi, Traore, Grealish and Green have to play… a wasted player today. 4) Full backs worry me. 5) Fans really hate Bacuna… think he needs to go… was getting some serious abuse of his own fans. 6) Maybe the kick up the backside we need!
