He did gamble on too many young Frenchies. Hopefully we will be a bit better now.

Well i thought Cisse was top quality when they signed him. HE was a bit inconsistant, and i'm not sure he was the same after breaking his leg?

Always? Rubbish. Yes - we have certainly lost the steel that we had under MON. Despite some decent football - we are a very easy team to beat. - Almost a soft touch. I fear the worst when we come up against the cloggers from St Andrews. Like last week?

He's not CL quality out wide imo, or he wasn't most of the time he played for us. In the centre however he could be quality. He would be good as your most attacking of the 3 cm'ers.

It would be even nicer if we could have James Milner back. Milner has basically had one outstanding match for us against Liverpool. So far he really hasn't had a huge impact for us. He should have stayed here tbh. Now he has been shunted out wide he won't be half as effective as he was for us last year.

From what I've seen of Albrighton he fades from the game quite badly in the second half so think there's a case of having him as an impact sub. That and he's young so will need resting. Id rather start him and bring him off after he's hopefully done his stuff!

Something tells me Ireland may avoid the scapegoat status, he is well liked by the fans.

Just to add i think Ireland will come good although i thought at times he didn't track back and get as invloved as he could have. Strange one as i thought he worked pretty hard in his earlier games.

Good performance, worked hard and played well especially 1st half. Downing MOTM, Warnock as good also. Need a bit more in the middle still and a striker badly, Carew let the rest of the team down tbh. Fonz was ok but is also a bit lazy imo. Chindie not exactly sure what you mean mate, Chelsea couldn't have been cantering, they weren't winning the game.

We could try it then although i guess NRC will be rested for that if hes a regular in the main team. It might be Sidders and Ireland, that might be ok for the Burnley game with Bannan behind Gabby whens hes back.

No not the way people are playing atm. Much better back up than we have had though. Shame we cant get away with him in the CM position tbh. I wonder whether he could play next to NRC.

Interesting, i guess the north are never really going to have a good team with the situation the way it is. Its probably the fairest way around it though.
