Germany didn't experience 133 deaths owing to the movement of people on terracing in two separate incidents in the space of 4 years, so the pressure was not there to do anything. I just don't think that it will improve anything, and I think that the pro-campaign is largely made up of people who are swept up with the romance of standing at top flight football matches, but who never actually experienced it (with all due respect) Does the Taylor report state that standing was to blame for Hillsborough? Hi general, after spending mylife putting so much time and money into villa I have decided not to be taken for a mug ever again. The club and football can piss off. All I ever want to see is them try to win things be we never do. We throw it away and a lot of the time in recent years it's been deliberate. P.s. I won't be recommending villa to any of my international friends and Collegues when they visit in the future either. I think the club deserves it. Goodbye

Hi General, the atmosphere at Villa Park is rubbish and there are many contributing factors. But if you want to see what can be acheived with cooperation between club and fan groups then take a look at the German League in particular Borrusia Dortmund and St. Pauli. Perhaps someone could contact those clubs or visit them to see how they do things there.

Doubt you'll get much support from the club. They are afterall the club who when answering the Supporters Consultation Groups question of safe standing replied - 'Aston Villa Football Club does not recognise the term 'Safe Standing'. Do you really think he will do any better here? The reason we're not scoring is because the attacking play is so poor and the forwards aren't getting the ball in good positions. Yesterday for example, we repeatedly launched 30-50 yard aimless diagonal ball in to their box where they had a number of pretty big defenders who would of been happy heading those shit hoofs away all day long.

It's lack of support thats the problem. Crossing into an empty box time and time again and players running with the ball and no one else bothering to get up the other end to help out.
