    the probelm is ali, excluding derby we ahve been leaking goals recently so they can take us as well. if we crumble liek we did against spurs it will be the worse feeling as a football fan Our defence has got to improve to not concede plus our ability to hold onto a lead away has been crushed already at Spurs. I'd be happy with a draw personally as I just can't see us holding on if we're 1-0 up with 5 mins to go after being comfortable all the match. That pratt Butler on WM has forecast us to win 3-0!

    My first was when Peter Withe put the ball between Coton's legs in 1983(I think). Got absolutely soaked on the way to VP as well! I was at the 0-3 game when Enckleman cocked up. I wanted the ground to open up and swallow me!! I had to go to work at Rover the next day as well, all the noses were in raptures, what a nightmare, scarves hanging off the tracks!!

    I don't think he should play Carew from the start, bring him on when they're tiring towards the end of the match.

    It's Villa for me every time. If Barry misses a spot kick or something like that in the Euro 2008(if we get there!) you get all the mongs from Bloose and the other midlands clubs slagging him. The same thing happened with Southgate where I was pulled apart from a nose who was having a go! You can keep England, I'm no longer bothered about them.

    I never thought I'd ever hear that statement from VP and it was fantastic but a lot of fans especially on this site still aren't happy though, moaning and whinging.

    I thought it was one for the Cup winners and one for the UEFA Cup? They're the only Scottish club to have won 2 major European trophies.

    Barton would be my preference out of the 3. He's just the sort of player we need. If Sidwell went to Chelsea we'd never hear of him again!

    That's me. It's because I think he's finished. How much longer is he going to be injured? He's class yes but there's no good hoping all the time that he'll come back because when he does he doesn't last long. Cahill and Ridgewell will be a better partnership in the long run as I don't think either of them can play with Mellberg.
