  5. Hi General, Living in NZ, as an ex-pat, as you can imagine it is difficult to get to VP very often, well anyway to cut to the chase, we have our first child on the way and I would love a signed baby size Villa shirt for my newborn (due 17th December), I am happy to pay for the shirt, but would like to know anyone I could contact to get the shirt signed before postage? It would be most appreciated, not only from Tania (the other kiwi half) whom I have coverted to a life long Villa Fan (she get up in the early hours to watch the boys with me now) but especially by me, as a life long Villa Fan (Born in Sutton). Cheers Nick

    Second City

Not being funny, but why does it matter? What do get being the second city, apart from it being made the capitol if London is destroyed (which is highly unlikely)?
  7. General, With the speculation about our new signing in a drugs bust, what is the clubs stance on this, and if true where do the club go from here? What is the clubs stance on drugs, I would hope it's zero tolerance as players are role models to kids Cheers Nick
  8. And I don't agree with the Mellberg appraisal, other than that, spot on!!

  10. They can't head a ball either??
  11. What about the Rugby World Cup, or the Tri Nations (both league and union), the six nations, etc, etc, etc!!
  12. Family Guy rules, Peter is fantastic at breaking bad news South Park also rocks then the Simpsons, then Futurama. Ren and Stimpy is utter crap, I laughed once when it was on, I was stoned, and someone was tickling me!
  13. The club house is great, we need players in it though!!
  14. ...And you base that on... ? I base that on having lived in all 3 countries, and the emphasis on sport amongst youngsters in NZ and Aussie is second to none... An hours PE that most UK comprehesive schools factor in, is simply not enough. Have you ever wondered, why with the population differences that Aussie and NZ match and beat UK teams on a consistant basis? The UK government needs to pump money into teams and encourage sports from a very early stage.. Not to mention investment in Clubrooms, etc, I have played Rugby and Football in both NZ, Aussie and the UK, and I have never had to change in a pub toilet with no shower facilities in either NZ or Aussie, I have in the UK!
  15. Aussie and NZ kids do... well most of them... but English kids don't at all!!
  16. 11th -14th with the current squad!
  17. Oh and BTW it would better to encourage people to donate, not force it on people!
  18. If you haven't opted out then strictly speaking you have no specific wishes to be respected in the case of organs and you will save lives. I have trouble finding your problem with this. I'm more anti-establishment than most, but in this case I just see it as common decency and sense. What I meant was that if you haven't opted out of the scheme, yet you have placed in your last will and testament that you don't want to donate your organs... now considering your will won't be read until way after your organs are likely to be in someone elses body... your Will hasn't been basically ignored... which is illegal, is it not?
