  1. He had a seizure, was unconscious for a few minutes, no cause was ever found and he insisted he played is the official account from the man himself
  2. Whats the argument though? The footage shows he didn't turn into lewis, surprisingly so but he didn't I mean, they can't prove in any way max intentionally missed the apex (I think he did btw) but its never going to proved, its an opinion not a fact.
  3. I don't get it myself, the stewards, who you would think have every camera available to make decisions didn't have access to this camera I'm not demanding max gers thrown out, a time penalty or any punishment, I just find it perplexing, like I said, in 25 years of watching f1, I've never known footage being unavailable to the stewards at all
  4. On this, the Race Director has said the stewards didn't have access to the onboard and the rightholders need to release it before they can view it I've been watching f1 since 1996, I've never known the stewards not having access to any camera view, sky broadcast so many camera options, yet they didn't have any way of viewing that onboard camera, I find that hard to believe, even now 24 hours after the race it still hasn't been shown Cam only presume they are downloading it off the car via a 56k modem
  5. Still no footage of verstappen v Hamilton on board But close up of hamilton undoing a buckle to get a flag to celebrate the win Nothing dodgy at all
  6. Well the stewards said, that the extra gap was caused by additional play in either the DRS activator or pivots, "or some combination or other fault with the mechanism or incorrect assembly of parts". again, as I posted a few minutes ago, its just too convenient for me, Mercedes rear wing passes all required tests, this weekend it's assembled wrong and red bull it appears knew about it......
  7. Either way, by error or by design it appears (from the FIA notes) that the Mercedes rear wing had been assembled incorrectly allowing the DRS to open more than allowed All just seems a bit too convenient for me, that red bull knew the rear wing was opening more than permitted, this could be spygate all over again It's championship ending anyway
  8. The rumour is sky pundit paul di resta got wind of it and told red bull, again, rumour
  9. Confirmed hamilton disqualified from qualifying, starts sprint race at the back of the grid Verstappen gets 50k fine
  10. Won't lie, couldn't stand Gerrard as a player, I really don't want him as our manager either but if it is him he will get the same support from me as anyone else, I want us to be successful, I hope he proves me wrong
  11. As perslow said in the address to the fans when grealish left its impossible to replace him, which is true but it seems the way they replaced him, looking at stats to give us what jack gave us has been badly implemented It really has looked like there was no plan how to integrate these signings (Bailey being injured hasn't helped) The board got the Smith appointment right, he did the job required but now we need to move on not treat water
  12. Thank you dean for giving us some pride back.
  13. Like being back under lambert Slow to start no pattern of play, no idea just pass a few times then hit it long We have gone backwards at an alarming rate
  14. I'm watching it but hot temperatures all but guarantee this will be a long boring race of just saving tyres
  15. Baring some miracle that has to be the end for solskjaer, surely?

    Norwich City

the problem isn't the League, its down to Norwich not having a plan or ambition to stay up, the Premier league provide clubs with money to buy players to improve the team and thus improve the product the club is offering All Norwich do is spend a few quid on players who won't rock the boat when they get relegated and are to good for the championship but not good enough for the prem
  17. Well they all stood and clapped Mike Ashley when he wore a Newcastle shirt in the away end of one game not long after he took over
  18. A new broom sweeps clean, but I really do think they will carry on with the old broom Ashley used, yeah they will spend a bit more but nowhere near what happened with man City under the Abu Dhabi group
  19. I'm still sceptical about this takeover, I think the media are spinning bullshit stories about the wealth to wind up other clubs fans to generate click bait articles like "Newcastle are now the richest club in the world" I remember the press printing similar sbite when Portsmouth got took over by Ali Al Faraj.... who in the end didn't even exist Newcastle will be a better club from now on, but throwing money at it does nothing without the right people who spend it
  20. If its the same interview I heard he said as Newcastle turn a profit they are free to spend what they want for the next 2 seasons and at the end of the third season ffp kicks in with allowed losses etc so they need to show a balance sheet that reflects the spend to avoid punishment
  21. The only thing I'm bothered about will be the sycophantic bullshit every time they play
  22. If this goes through you'd expect them to massively improve in form and buy in January. They aren't going down this season for me
