Better today. Still not as good as I thought but better. Has a lovely weight of pass on him.

Yeh yeh, I’ve heard it all before. What does he actually do well? What’s he good at? He’s not a bad player and I prefer him to Nakamba (I think), but he’s nothing special. 23 or 29, I need to see more from him than that. He’s a weak link in our side.

Genuinely, really, really want a midfield with two Ramsey’s in it in 2/3 years time. Hell, throw a Chukwuemeka in the mix too. How heartening is it to see Ramsey play well today when that c*** Grealish has just left. He still has a long way to go, but like I’ve said before, he has all the tools. He is comfortable carrying the ball, he’s as fit as a butchers dog and he’s tenacious. I’ve been championing a loan for him on here and I think he should have had one at some point in the last couple of years but right now, I’d like to see him start alongside McGinn in our midfield. G’wan lad.

I thought along with El Ghazi, he was our worst player today. He’s just nowhere near good enough tbh. How long do we have to wait for this potential people speak of? He just does what Ashley Westwood used to do for us, and I’m not sure he does it any better. We desperately need a new no.6. Ramsey is better than this guy.

If we can get a decent no. 6 behind him and Ramsey then that ain’t a bad midfield. I still think we’ll need to replace McGinn if we want to break the top 6.

I’ve not actually been over impressed with him this season. He’s a solid right back but he might find himself being replaced if we want to push on further. I do like him though.

We need a new defensive midfielder. So, so badly. We still haven’t really replaced Grealish.

Has there ever been a team that has needed to upgrade a position like we do in the number 6 spot? Luiz is just a Brazilian Ashley Westwood. I think Ramsey has done well though, and Buendia has been more lively. We still haven’t replaced Grealish on the left. I thought that when he left that would have been no. 1 priority.

We’ve been poor. Some really terrible performances out there. Luiz and El Ghazi especially. Will be a big 3 points.

Newcastle and Watford are two teams that are likely to struggle this season and at no time have we been on top against them. Really worrying. Great to see Macphee doing bits on our set pieces

Traore is mostly rubbish, Luiz has been poor for 40 games and Bailey is an unknown. Sanson has barely played for us. We could be in a bit of trouble this season.

I know. I’ve seen nothing from him to suggest he’s a 25m striker. Forget his reputation for a minute, he’s been poor since joining.

It’s a typical Smith performance without Grealish. He needs to work out how to win without him. It’s going to cost him his job if he doesn’t, quickly.
