This happened to me 3 months ago, doing deadlift with three plates..admittedly not concentrating cos there was a fit girl doing deadlifts next to me. First rep was fine, but I was such an idiot, i didn't let the weight drop back on the floor, so went into the next rep and my lower back muscle just pulled. unbelievable pain, kinda scared to go too heavy on dead-lifts now. No pain no gain though... still got to do the upright rows for the hoes....:)

For a long time now, the player's mentality has been wrong. go 1-0 or 2 nil up and then capitulate and we go into our shells. Then there is the non-existent performances. We all see the boring and dire performances too..Something somewhere is going terribly wrong, players just not doing what they are instructed to do, tactics I agree have an instrumental part to play but the players really need to look at themselves. We have had an almost overhaul of players from last year, but that mindset is still there. Really do fear the worst for this year, hoping a new manager will inspire us and if he does then I really hope this time next year we are not searching for a new manager due to threat of relegation!!

Not sure David Moyes is the answer, won only 1 out of 8 games for Real Sociedad, we would end up hating him after a few months. We need a new philosophy, someone who can get the players firing..I'd want a continental manager..if we go down this year at least lets go down with some fight and willingness to play some decent football. Leicester last year always played some good stuff, even whilst they lingered at the bottom, they were just unlucky, hoping someone can do the same for us.
