It's not that they were the same, it's that neither were penalties, yet the commentators were as usual coming up with the soft excuses that Vardy's was a penalty, yet for the Turkish player's one Hoddle was instantly dismissing it as a dive.

I **** hate commentators for England games, the bias is so bloody obvious! How was Vardy's not a dive yet the Turkey player there was looking for it?

It's absolutely ludicrous that he's in the England squad, if he goes to the Euros then it's pretty likely that this season he'll have played more games for England than for Arsenal. As shit as we've been this year, Westwood has done more to deserve an England call up this season!

That would be between £80kpw-£120kpw I believe, not sure I'd want to be paying someone that in the Championship, no matter how rich we were.

Hadn't seen that to be fair. Although it's pretty grainy and hard to tell who that is, not convinced it's Samuelson as photos I've seen of him his head looks more square than that, but it could be him, so I'd still rather wait until it's confirmed that he's involved. -
It's also been reported in many papers that Comoli was involved, and now he hasn't even been contacted by them...

No it's not, it's a rumour that seems to stem from the fact there was a shirt that said Samuelson in that photo with Tony Xia in the locker room. He could be involved, but there's pretty much nothing to go on.

If you mean the one in the locker room, that's not Samuelson. Well, Chris Samuelson at least, could be another Samuelson. -

The same telegraph that stated that Comoli was involved in the consortium and was undertaking diligence into our set up and academies, only for it to be revealed that Comoli apparently hasn't been contacted by them and him joining is unlikely? Literally all there is to go on with this Samuelson stuff is one photo that has a shirt with Samuelson on it in the background, I'm sure there's more than one Samuelson in the world. It's fine being skeptical about the takeover, but some people on here are getting themselves into a tizz over very little. -
Unless it's happened recently, he's still at Fulham. He was going to Tottenham in January, but it fell through and now his contract is expiring at Fulham this summer.

For a striker maybe we could go for Moussa Dembele from Fulham? Dunno if he'd be interested in joining, maybe if we really are getting a windfall we could convince him, but he's on a free transfer and had a good season in the Championship this year.
