In Finland season STARTS in the beginning of July. Current rules allow for 500 people to attend sports events, but they are working on an exception for football. There's talk of 500 per stand, meaning 2.000 in total. We'll see.

I must say I don't really understand this thinking. To me football coming back is a relief from the everyday corona stuff. A chance to think of something else except this misery.

I think all you season ticket holders should have the opportunity to do the same as Monchengladbach and have a puppet that looks like you on your seat in matches. You could also set up your own camera at the front of your seat that you could manouver from home via the internet. And a game chat should be available where you could chat with your neighbours and slack off Villa players from home. Obviously, there should also be loudspeakers on each seat where you could sing and "encourage" our players via the net too. That would be a pretty good package, but why leave it there. You could also sell the same package to everyone else. I could "sit" wherever I wanted in each match. And the stadium could be enlarged too, no need to stick to only 42k seats. Stick another virtual round on top of current ones and double ticket sales to 84k.

I feel like it's very difficult to take part in this discussion, because people in Birmingham/UK are in the middle of this all with your life and experiemces, whereas us from abroad may be in a whole different situation. So, how to write how I feel from my situation and taking into account the still difficult situation in the UK, feels challenging. Np-one wants to hurt anyone's feeling at a time like this, but it seems it's inevitable.

Because we were so shit before coronabreak, we will have a better chance of staying up now than we would have without corona. So many things are uncertain now and can come into play. Motivation, health, home advantage, conditioning... I don't think we'll stay up, but our chances have improved.
