I'll be very disappointed if he doesnt start this weekend. Ball-playing midfielders are like gold dust in the Premier League, never mind here at Villa.

Promising return to the side. Fantastic run and ball into Bent in the second half also.

A couple of poor Hollywood balls aside, I think, he did well on Saturday and should really have scored of Zog's great cross.

It's so nice that we finally have a midfielder who can shoot from open play.

What about Angel? Had we of got shot of him after his dreadful 02-03 season we would have missed out on his 20 goal 03-04 year. If after a couple of months he is still poor then slag him off but new manager and a clean slate. Lets see what happens.
