AvfcTheObsession Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 4 million for Bennett? Wow, there's 4 million we are never going to see again.

Amo69 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 If you add sales to this it would be interesting. I'd like to see how much our billionaire owners has actually spent net. Lets forget about wages for the time being.
AvfcTheObsession Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 7 million for Benteke? Wow, there's 20million we will see some day 2 million for Westwood? Wow, there's 8million we will see some day Etc etc Ok I did just highlight one of lamberts bad signings, I hadnt realised wed spent that much on him though.
Amo69 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 7 million for Benteke? Wow, there's 20million we will see some day 2 million for Westwood? Wow, there's 8million we will see some day Etc etc 8m for Westwood! Lets not get carried away. I remember Bannan and Albrighton looking just as good when first came on the scene.
IrishVillan Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Wow that list is depressing. Some of the money we have wasted on players that are the very definition of mediocrity is obscene
AshVilla Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 4 mill for Bennett Nearly as bad as 4 mill for Hutton 8 mill spent on gash fullbacks in successive seasons
Amo69 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 4 mill for Bennett Nearly as bad as 4 mill for Hutton 8 mill spent on gash fullbacks in successive seasons And 8.5M for Warnock 2 seasons before that. We are destined to fail.
AndyBM Posted January 18, 2013 Author Posted January 18, 2013 thanks guys, its all become clear why lerner wont spend anymore money, such waste on so much dross £4m on harewood £10m on davies £3.5m on heskey £6m on warnock £5m on sidwell £6m on delph £6m on makoun just a few, that £41m above could get us into top 10 with a much stable and experienced team, it would be the 2 centre backs, left back defensive mid and attacking mid that we so need :-(
limpid Posted January 18, 2013 Administrator Posted January 18, 2013 Transfer amounts are irrelevant without wages.
Richard Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Ellis used to be criticised for including wages
limpid Posted January 18, 2013 Administrator Posted January 18, 2013 Ellis used to be criticised for including wages I'm not sure how that's relevant in any way. Things change.
jacketspuds Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 4 mill for Bennett Nearly as bad as 4 mill for Hutton 8 mill spent on gash fullbacks in successive seasons Do you think Lowton is gash?
Richard Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I'm not sure how that's relevant in any way. Things change. yes I think that is what my post was highlighting
