Nice pics Paddy, a bit abstract but they're generally those which interest me the most.

Here's a few of mine from Bulgaria not long ago. This may seem a fair few but I've got over 200 on my site lol :D

Ticks the right boxes B23

Intel Duo Core

GForce 7200 etc

Bet my MacPro pisses on it though even though its the same chips and graphics card ;) (sorry couldnt resist  )

Like your d2x does on my s2 pro ;) But not on my s2pro and d200 with grip and 70-200 2.8 VR - Combined force is unbeatable :)

Now for the monitor... this is where you dear bickster can have an influence (as I've bought that system now) - budget £100 - 19 " preferred at least. Cibox have a decent one on scan. What do you recommend?

Cheers, it was of quite a nice building anyway (oneof Gaudi's) but thought it looked a bit better in black and white. Done with the setting on the camera, haven't got any photo editing software, is there anything half decent you can get for free or not?

Picassa isn't too bad for the basics Paddy (by Google), enhance the colours, contrast etc. I would really recommend you try and get some sort of Photoshop software though, even if just Photoshop Elements as it can do some nifty things.
