In the Barrens, at night (making Alliance lowbies miss the boat back to Booty Bay, it has to be said) looking for a nice screenshot of me at my new level (ive taken one for most levels since about level 18) and the Focal Sword/Firestone in offhand combo, but with the wand equipped. Get a nice free fire enchant on both weapons, with a little fireball circling the either weapon in opposite directions. Just proves how good looking a game WoW can be at times. Thing is, you can edit the mod yourself to make it play your own .mp3s (put mp3 file in the mods mp3 folder, open music.lua with notepad, and just insert a filepath to your own mp3) Ill be putting plenty of fighting tunes on i think. I know some of the levels are too high for me at the moment, but when I'm short of time I like having a gallop round and getting XP for opening up areas. This evening I got the FP's in Searing Gorge and Eastern Plaguelands, and ended up ganked both times, as both places were crawling with Ally. Just ressed and flew out quick sharp. Killed a level 5 mage three times near here. He started it though! Made it onto the boat that travels between Wetlands and Dustwallow. This wasnt so easy, as there are so many Ally in the camp, but i made it on there and sat in the back room of the ship. When it got to Dustwallow, i waited for it to sail back to Wetlands, and came up on deck to see who was about. A 44 hunter on his own.... And i dont know whether its a glitch or not, but when the loading screen went over, the Hunter Respawned. He had half health, half mana, and no pet. He attacked me, and he died again. I think if you look at Un Goro as a clockface, the exit is at about 11 o clock. Then just stay on the path to find the Flightpath. Everlook on the other hand is a bastard to get to. You have to go through a cave system full of hostile Level 54 and 55 monsters (and lots of them) You cant mount inside the area, cos its "indoors" I think Sion could make it through, easily, i really struggled. Had to use a Voidwalker Shield, a Health Potion and loads of fear effects. I think Ghost Wolf and Health Potions might be the order of the day. Or i could summon you. I decided to take him on a little adventure, to see the world and get him away from his booze for a while. The only way you can keep him from running out of aggro range you need to hit him at least every 4 seconds or so, and to not kill him I used a low rank curse which inflicts no damage and has a low mana cost. The clearings in the woods we jumped at XR were about outside Booty Bay, and we gave them a bloody good kicking outside there too. Between rounds (of them dying and us laughing) the seduce and kill of lowbie Alliance running up the path towards Booty Bay was comedy gold. For the Horde! Risso Posted December 5, 2005 Share Posted December 5, 2005 Got my last few FP's. The tunnel system to get into Winterspring and Moonglade is indeed a bastard. Made it into Winterspring only dying once, as I used a speed potion, then my nifty timepiece trinket. (Can't use ghost wolf in tunnels!). Once into Winterspring it's just a nice easy path with no mobs to Everlook for the FP. Getting into Moonglade was harder though, as there were more mobs in the tunnel. Luckily though, a L54 ally hunter drew a lot of flak, so I sprinted through. Died twice, but got through. Then it's a case of finding the right FP, as the first one I found was for druids only. It might seem a bit of a pointless exercise, but I got loads of XP for opening up the map, and once I get to the required level I know I can go straight to all the areas. By the way Nayson, there is an update for the MK mod that fixes the mod disabling WoW's music. It's also fixed some other bugs I noticed like the music not always stopping after a fight. However, installing the new version is slightly different as it's more of a patch than a new version. Just download it (2.01 source only), unzip it and CUT AND PASTE everything into the MKombat folder already in your interface addons folder. Click "yes to all" when you get the overwrite prompt.
