Ask the question, fair enough, but all this accusatory language and suggestion that somehow the onus is on the FA to confirm a perfectly valid draw because of conspiratorial Villa fans is ridiculous. Let's look forward to the match, no start calling the integrity of the draw into question with high handed statements about how the governong body should be behaving. General, I don't know if you will be aware but since England's calamitous failure to qualify for Euro 2008, a lot has been made in the media about the quality of coaching in this country at grass roots and academy level. What is the club doing to ensure that our academy continues to turn potentially talented young kids into fully fledged Premiership stars and are we looking to learn from the academies in countries where more technically proficient players are produced, such as Spain and the Netherlands?

He's an OK manager, but Martin O'Neill kept him firmly in the shadow when the pair of them were in Glasgow with better matched teams and I would expect that to be a continuing trend when he takes over a much inferior side. Martin will be the bane of his career.
