    Your logic is absurd. Just because he wasn't peoples first choice (hell, he may not even have been MON's), doesn't mean he wouldn't be a good signing. You're not even moaning about players, you're moaning about your fellow supporters and for no particularly good reason. Give it a rest would you.

    There is only one, and I still think we're better positioned at this moment in time than they are. Randy has backed, and I have no doubt will continue to back, our manager with significant transfer funds. Not like Man City, no-one is, but I'd rather have our board and our manager than just about anyone else in football. We're building for success long term and long may it continue.

    Yep, in certain games. We're looking very solid with the 451 but we're winning games in pretty dull fashion to be honest. We're a lot like Everton of a year or two back. Effective but not particularly great to watch. When we play 442 (even if we're sometimes more inclined to play the long game), we're far more open but the games are more exciting. If we can get Carew back to his early form from this season, we'll look a much better side IMO. The 451 has worked well though, and it's certainly better in some games.

    I think we'll fade away as the season goes on, and I voted 5th. Our season started in July, we've played a hell of a lot of games already and used largely the same bunch of 15 or so players. We're not used to that sort of thing, and I think we'll burn out sadly. We're certainly capable of 4th though, but it would require a huge amount of effort and luck, which I do think we're getting a fair bit of at the moment, but we could do it, and that's what makes it so exciting.

    No. Before the season started I was sure it would be Chelsea. I think I'd lean towards United at the moment though.

    A student so currently small debt, which will have turned into substantial debt by the time I leave university and can't find any jobs.
