Started running again after adding lockdown lbs and not being that fit. Run short distances for 14 consecutive days now so I'm pretty happy with that. My pace has been shite but beyond that I've enjoyed it
Yeah residency is part of the citizenship thing I'm fairly certain. My sister won't qualify for the passport but my niece does. No Irish-green card for marrying into it unless you're living in Ireland! My brother-in-law has an Irish and British passport but has only ever lived in England.
Scottish EU membership is my only chance of a route back to an EU passport and as Bicks said some way off I'd expect from a personal convenience. Unfortunately my Irish ancestors came over on the boat in the 19th century
Thanks to playing several hundred hours of Fallout New Vegas I can't hear the words Jingle Jangle without thinking of the song Jingle Jangle Jingle that is featured in it and it being stuck in my head for 2 days
I have an Irish surname but don't qualify for an Irish passport. Neither does my sister although her daughter and husband do so she's gonna have fun at airports. Her and also my only hope is Scotland joining the EU as all of us (except then hilariously my own mother) would qualify for a Scottish passport
David Tennant did the same too as I recall. There was another represented actor named David McDonald so he went with a different surname instead.
I wonder what the percentage is for actors going by a stage name. Got to be pretty high
Watched The Nice Guys the other day and Kiss Kiss Bang Bang a few weeks back. Nice little Shane Black double header. He knows how to get odd pairings working. Crowe and Gosling are excellent and the young lass Angourie Rice is similarly brilliant.
I'd highly recommend either of them to anyone
Also watched the first episode of A Touch of Cloth. Had me in stitches all the way through.
Similar show to the also very funny and little seen series Angie Tribeca
Watched Season 2 of The Boys on Amazon Prime and thoroughly enjoyed it.
Not sure what to watch now but 3 different people have recommended Queen's Gambit so that might be next
