  1. Yeah not sure why Verstappen went for that so early. Tyres nowhere near warm enough for an aggressive manoeuvre. Did well not to clatter his car into the wall
  2. Safety car number 5? Barriers bost
  3. 4 safety cars and its still barely spiced it up
  4. Lapsed into a bit of a boring one again, as many predicted
  5. Hamilton wanted to start on the wets then and is calling out the Merc garage on it. Not entirely sure he'd be doing loads better with them to be honest? Looks like they'll be on slicks in 12 laps
  6. Would Red Bull have been dense enough to breach these rules? Or is this Mercedes' last desperate throw of the dice? I can't see them stripping RB of their points somehow but it would definitely cause mayhem in the Championships if Red Bull get punished!
  7. I mean all of them are scumbags in their own way, that's the point. Succession is the same, you know they're all words removed but it's still fun to watch. Some "classic GoT" moments like
  8. Interesting. Who do you think? Alpine?
  9. Latifi a goner then. De Vries assuredly replacing him
  10. - Back bacon, smoked. 2 rashers. Fat lightly crisped, not chewy - Sausages, nicely grilled - Fried egg with runny yolk - Square sausage very option as only likely in Scotland sadly - Fried bread but lightly toasted toast instead if not available -Hash browns - Baked beans - Mushroom optional -Haggis in lieu of black pudding - No fried tomato Accompanied by a lovely mug of breakfast tea, or failing that a good mug of coffee. Haggis and eggs on toast is a regular for me these days
  11. Weddings in Westeros are straight-up bad ideas
  12. Yeah I keep hearing the Theory.... one thing that doesn't make sense is
  13. I was on my lunch walk yesterday with that bugger booming overhead for ages. Also flew over my house in a storm recently albeit a lot lower and louder. Even when they're way up there's no mistaking them
  14. Yep. You only had to see when Leclerc was on the fresher softs trying to hunt down Verstappen on older mediums and didn't get close before the safety car. The Red Bull is a rocket but Verstappen like Hamilton for example before him is excellent at managing his tyres whilst staying at high pace. It helps he is an aggressive overtaker so if he gets bumped down the grid in quali it's inevitable he'll be fighting for the lead in the first 10 laps
  15. That sounds rough, hope he's doing okay
  16. I'm doing okay with my picks this year, 2/5 so far. Although Henry Kissinger is still going, somehow
  17. Reckon we might get a call from Texas enquiring about Garoppolo this week. I'd swap him for a good interior O-lineman
  18. De Vries has pushed Latifi out of the seat for Williams youd assume. Knew there'd be a load of hyperbole over his drive today
  19. 45 minutes of racetime left. No excuse not to red flag it. Dithering as usual from the race officials.
  20. Tbf logically this should have been red flagged and restarted. This shouldn't have finished under a safety car
  21. Leclerc in all that confusion somehow getting away with not having his only Q1 lap deleted for exceeding track limits. Mclarens in a strong position for a Monza 21 remix too although that Mcl will get hauled in by any RB Ferrari or Merc that gets within 10 seconds of it
  22. The amount of Penalties across the board is so substantial that you can be out in Q1 and be starting in midfield
  23. Bills pistol-whipping the Rams and Ramsey and Stafford both putting up 0/10s. You love to see it. Bills are very good
  24. Red Bull and Porsche not compatible then. Although Red Bull are never gonna give up control to a manufacturer are they.
