  1. Don't you? Well there's a shock!!
  2. Ithink Sansons injury had a lot to do with it. Wolves tightened up and denied us space after half time but our midfield, which had been very good in the first period , disappeared after that and we lost control. So you're right it was a bit of both
  3. It is but I've just watched it again. Mate he wasn't saving that!! Anyway a point gained and a clean sheet and 4 pts of them this season so all good
  4. No chance, it was past him before he had a chance to get a hand up to it. A foot lower and it was in
  5. Have you really watched Watkins shot? Patricio was absolutely nowhere need it! Konsa 2 misses were just as glaring as Wolves misses and of course they cleared off the line from Ollie at the end. All in all a fair result
  6. It really wasn't an awful game and no-one was a disgrace. A point and a clean sheet against a side who finished 7th last season is not too bad considering who was missing. There's no need to make that sort of comment about a player. We have had a more than acceptable 2nd season with more to come. Be satisfied with the massive improvement we've made
  7. This is spot on. Our best wide player has been Watkins when he moves out there. I wonder if Dean is thinking of bringing in a CF ie Tammy or Edouard or similar and playing Ollie wider
  8. Pretty well everyone I would imagine, Emi,Konsa,Mings, Targett, Cashy, Ollie to mention a few!!
  9. Can't argue with that side Probably know someone that will though!
  10. Can't stand the way we play, can't stand the manager, can't stand Barkley or half the players!!! Can't really stand the Villa can you?
  11. Anybody can beat anybody on a single day. One result means nothing if the rest of the season has been dreadful West Brom have drawn at Man Utd Man C and at home to Chelsea and they are going down for sure!! You're argument about Sheff Utd doesn't hold water They are very poor and we should win
  12. You can when Man Utd are equally dreadful on the day which they were
  13. Albion drew with Man Utd too and at Man C, Burnley won at Liverpool That's football It doesn't mean they're any good though
  14. The table doesn't lie, they really are!
  15. Apart from a certain National team manager!!!!
  16. McGinn certainly needs a spell on the bench. His snap has gone and he is one of the worst at giving the ball away
  17. Definitely agree with the first 2 but Luiz is class. Would like to see Nakamba along side him with Sanson and Ramsey ahead until Jack is fit
  18. Do you remember their banner "Your worst nightmare returns" or words to that effect!!
  19. Well to be honest we got played off the pitch at VP and were dead lucky to draw 1-1 so the chances of getting through on a plastic pitch in Moscow even with a full team was pretty slim. We had a home game with Stoke on the Saturday which I should think M'ON prioritized However as we know we threw a 2 goal lead away then too and fade away from the prized top 4 place
  20. For instance maybe: Wins Brighton a Wolves h Newcastle a Sheff Utd a Fulham h WBA h Palace a Draws Leicester h Everton a Chelsea h spurs h Defeats Leeds a Liverpool a Man City h Man Utd h Spurs a Everton a Obviously results may be way different to that but it is a nice sign of how it could turn out
  21. That would mean 25pts from 17 games. Doesn't sound outrageous to me
  22. No Ajax was a group game We beat Slavia Prague away next but then lost at home to Zilina (Delfouneso scored for us) and Hamburg away but qualified in 3rd place We then famously lost to CSKA Moscow over 2 legs in the last 32 round
  23. Arsenal fans must be getting desperate if they think Konsa has done anything wrong there. He is clearly fouled by Saka. If the Ref had got that wrong and sent Konsa off it would certainly have got overturned. If VAR looked at that why on earth did they not tell the Ref to revoke the Yellow card?
