    I was listening to talkSPORT earlier and a Burnley fan rang up praising Sean Dyche. He said that the manager has got all the players fighting so hard for one another, which is why they are performing so well. I look at the teams that Lambert puts out and I don't see anything like that, just a load of headless chickens with poor communication skills. Apart from the last 10 games of last season and about 5 games of this season I have been disappointed with what Lambert has achieved with this squad.

    I would have thought that the priority should be to hire a team manager who knows the technical side of football, because the present one clearly doesn't. I think a proven track record in business is also very important.
