Some of the comments from some people on here are embarassing - it's compelled me to log on and have my say. He's here - lets with it and get behind the team. The majority aren't keen on the gaffer....quite frankly neither am I - think the guy is pretty affable but i think he's a shit manager. Sadly, no amount of procrastinating (even 618 pages worth) is going to change things. What are you going to do, post another 618 pages worth?? It aint going to make one blind bit of difference. I've seen some real shite managers in my time (Doctor Jo nearly took down a side that should have won the league the year before) and i dont remember much dissention to him....in fact, he's held in a certain amount of affection amongst the villa faithful. You dont have to give Mcleish your backing.... but you need to get behind the team and not be a bunch of miserable whining bar stewards

Mcleish didnt take them down twice - he took over late Nov/early december and they were already in the bottom 3 and struggling. In a really tough championship he bought them straight back up - then they finished their highest position for donkeys years, went on a really long unbeaten run and won a trophy which is more than we have done for 15 years.....

The guy needs a run of at least 10 games in the side before people can judge him. It's what i am beginning to detest about some villa fans is the complete irrational abuse a player gets when he doesnt have a particularly good game/or couple of games.
