    Great end to an incredible week, deserved th three points with Watkins leading the line superbly. McGinn ran him close for man of the match for me with his high energy, tackling and distribution.

    If we get through tonight it could well end us up with a hard semi.

    It looked like it was Arsenal that had only played Thursday and we had the two days extra rest.

    Incredible performance, didn't expect that with so many key players out. It was the same type of match away at Spurs last season, kept them out until half time then dominated possesion with them having run out of energy. The longer it went on the easier it got, so many top performances.

    With so many out we did ok for the first 40 minutes, Saturday and next Thursday will be far more important than tonights result.

    Ref must have given the opportunity for Henderson to have the humiliation stopped on 90 instead of adding injury time?

    Poor from the first minute, I know the sending off didn't help but even with eleven we were second best. I gave Cash man of the match because he was the least worst player to be honest. I hope the team can pick themselves up for Thursday now because I thought that performance was worrying.

    Poor performance but a decent result considering, hoping for a much better display in the second leg. Ref was awful, no idea what Zaniola was booked for and plenty of other dubious decisions. Thankfully Emery said that Torres half time substitution was planned.

    Massive three points, got out of jail there. Watkins finishing was superb but that second half was awful.

    Doesn't help the ref though when Cairney goes holding his head after no contact.

    Torres didn't look like he needed to get up to speed he was on it from the off. Great finishing from Ollie and still not sure how we didn't get a penalty from either the ref or the officials at Stockley Park.

    Gutted, we missed him at Christmas when he was serving the three match ban and not sure who Unai will play in tha role. Can Chambers play in tha role?

    Didn't deserve to lose that, no idea how we ended up with three yellows either when the like of Fernandez going in two footed on Bailey and no yellow. JJ is getting better now he has had minutes and they were hanging on, but as soon as Dougie scored we stepped off the gas. Leon was unlucky to be subbed and I thought that was the momentum changer when he came off. Gutted we have lost again to them, especially with the chances we had.

    The finishing yesterday was clinical, Dougies passing was on another level yesterday and what an enjoyable watch, Onwards and upwards.

    Bailey has to start this ahead of Diaby, hopefully being at home Sheff United will be a bit more adventurous and leave space at the back.

    I think Dean wanted to buy him because he was Dean Smiths lovechild with Erika Rowe hence he was christened Smith Rowe.

    Played some exquisite passes when he came on yesterday, he has been a miss the last few games with his defence splitting passes.

    Zaha is just a rumour, but he's a more than decent player and I wouldn't say no to another wind up merchant playing for Villa. He looked more than handy last season but haven't seen how he has done over in Turkey.

    To many players off it tonight, two up at half time and the second half we didn't show up. Got what we deserved to be honest.

    Exactly what they did at the weekend, everyone sits deep and hope for a set piece or breakaway, an early goal will hopefully see them advance which will open up space for us to attack.

    Incredible win, the payers looked tired but produced the goods, the manager made the correct subs and just wow. 15 home league wins on the trot, history makers.
