How droll.
We're not talking about lots are we?
The OP was talking about them failing to score 1.
The amount of low-hanging fruit responses on this board sometimes, jesus.
Other clubs have midweek games during the period in question. Plus/or Europe matches. Spurs do not. There's no excuse for 2 weeks of no football for any club at this stage of the season, honestly, let alone one with games in hand
Not saying it's a bad thing for us and I've zero sympathy for them but it's ridiculous from the league. Could just as easily be us next season. Stupid and avoidable.
WTF is with Spurs' 15 day gap between games? They already have 1 in hand over most teams and they've got more than 2 weeks off?
Prem schedule sorely needs looking at.
Great. Can we follow this up with getting rid of completely redundant and useless Linesmen/Linespeople now please? They're making a mockery of the whole thing by standing there with their flags down for 40 seconds waiting for players to gas themselves or potentially get injured, then they flag when the ball goes dead.
If technology can call offsides automatically then get rid.
Today a big test for Unai and how much determination he can instil in this group of players. A draw would be a huge result and I think he'll be hoping for points one way or the other. Need to play it very smart.
I would start with Diaby and Rogers and try to hit Arsenal's backline for pace on the counter. It's not very Unai, but IMO it's our best chance today.
Totally agree. People need to take their tinted glasses off - his hand is in a totally unnatural position away from his body and he arguably moves it towards the ball when it comes towards him. If that's not a handball, I don't know what is anymore.
