Have to admit the jury is still out for me in this one, taking players on loan from the Turkish league who no one else seems to be chasing is not how I thought this transfer window would pan out. I really hope he is a huge success though.

Why do people continually post/think the owners have invested in Vitoria Guimaraes as some sort of feeder/development club for us? Amazes me!

As much as my heart says keep him he's one of our own and lets develop him some more and bring him into the team maybe after another loan, there is no clear pathway for him right now. So sell with clauses just makes sense.

Not in the PL but outside of that against so called lower opposition yes and bring him on when PL games are considered won yes, how else can you give him match time?

It was I agree but I feel that was bit of an experimental side which is what pre season is all about right? I feel he was bought for a reason and that's as a ball playing LCB, once Moreno is fit I don't see us messing to much with that left side it'll be Torres and Moreno with Digne coming on to close games off when we are winning, I can see the RB position changing depending on the opposition with Ezri coming in for Cash at times. Last season we had a really good defense this season we could get close to having the best in the league imo!

Once moreno is fit I reckon you are right, until then Digne will be LB.

As good as Mings and Konsa were as a CB pairing last season and they were outstanding Torres wasn't signed to warm the bench I'd be amazed if he didn't start as the left CB against Newcastle.

Agree about the Manchester teams not so sure about Arsenal though I'm not convinced with Arteta I think he could get found out this season.

Agree about Spurs and Brighton but Liverpool will be top 4 this season.

Kompany had Burnley playing attractive football last season but he just doesn't have the personnel to do that in this league they'll get some proper batterings, I can see him sacked by Christmas. I fancy forest to be in a relegation battle if they end up losing a couple of key players, I pray that Everton go down they deserve to the way they have been run the last few years.

I think you are right Buendia will start but I also think Kamara is a nailed on start, it’ll be either or between Luiz and Tielemans, #%*! making that decision!

Not sure he needs double figures just a good showing might do, does feel like last roll of the dice though.

Will be intersting to see how long the extension is for, I think club are hedging there bets here in case of a successful loan.
