  1. It does match you with strangers yes if you matchmake or can just set to private if have friend or just go with the Synth bits lol. Xbox though it's easy to find people as you have the clubs and can set posts up asking for certain classes, difficulty, whether you will only take those with a mic and so on. It's fairly easy on xbox to make friends, very sociable. I ended up picking up around 17 new Aliens online buddy's in no time at all you soon gather them.
  2. Yes it's out now mate. Wouldn't recommend doing it with bots button can get through it with them. It's only around 30 quid. Each weapon must be levelled up and in leveling up get stronger and add more combat rating. You can get a gun to 120 combat rating, 100 from attachments and 20 from leveling the gun up. The whole challenge card system changes the game so much. These challange cards give all sorts of buffs or debuffs while giving you experience, credit or even attachment gains and more. Some challenge cards can take the entire his away, while other make the game black and white colour, others can make you reload slower yet some can add different type of enemy's making the game tougher or easier. The story itself is set from the engineers story in Prometheus and they plan on moving it on and on and all DLC has been announced as free DLC. I know I mentioned it above but there cosmetics is kept to the xbox store and left out of the in game store so it's not in your face, in game cosmetics can be brought with points you accumulate after each level you do. There are daily and weekly mission and the weekly gives 5.500 Script which is worth doing, the daily give 800 scripts. The sounds of the game I must say the devs did an absolutely spot on job, from the Alien screeching to the gun sounds and even the alien detector. There are four classes when you start the game which are Gunner, Demolisher, Doc and Technician, a 5th one opens up once you complete the levels which is recon. There is no crap class and each class can be levelled to tier VIII where you get more perk slots to attach your own build to, I really did make the ultimate healer with doc who still packs a punch. You can get Weapons, attachments, skins, Emotes, challenge cards, consumables and more from the shop. Alien levels vary and each set of missions has different units. You face normal aliens, Synthetics (with many variety), Facehuggers and the version before they evolved where they have four legs. Pathogens types. There are spitters, explorers, prowlers, Warriors, Pretoreons, Drones, just all sorts and more will be added including the PredAlien at some point as I've seen it in the trailer. The game is a 3 player game and it's just right, standard difficulty can be a pain for new players at first till combat rating is upped. The moment you switch from standard onto Intense you face friendly fire which can't be turned off and I'm glad. Intense is the third difficulty setting and it really does kick it up a notch and makes it feel crazy bad ass, especially if you stick a challenge card on. Weapons, you can get rifles, handguns, machine guns, Shotguns, Snipers, Flamethrowers, Rocket Launchers, grenade launchers. There are just many types of guns to collect. Advice is look for the Cache in every level, you get 3 drops from it and don't do what I did by spending all your script on attachments when you can spend it on consumables and take turrets in with you that really do help out.

Problem i think they have is I'm not sure he'd want to touch that mess and oh boy is it a mess at the moment. I think a downgrade of the type of usually manager or Coach they pull in will happen. I feel that they would pull in big sam or Bruce if they were in so much trouble just to survive.
  4. Maybe when negotiating contracts those clubs that do better than us each season have negotiated the players contracts and one of the stipulations is the club can say no to the player going on international duty. I mean if we look at us we are kind of weak compared to those clubs in what we can ask for or expect when negotiating, where the likes of pool or UTD could say no your not going to play international football, it maybe that Buendia, Martinez made sure they had the say on it all. Sometimes it's the little changes that make players want to come here because they are not as restricted. Remember those who get into europe or champions league can have the negotiating power over a club like ours who does not get qualification to any europe events.
  5. I think with Jose, he has lost his way in what brought him success. Spurs players often complained about his training sessions being way to basic and amateur and if you looked at him it really did look as though he'd just has enough of premier football. Jose used to be a very passionate teacher and exciting to listen to but his last couple of teams he just looks so drained of everything. I may be wrong but it really did look like he needed a change and maybe Roma will be perfect for him to make a comeback. Man City have that much at there disposal I think even Arteta could manage one of his first 4 games as a win with the City side and get goals lol..
  6. Yeah I do not think anyone has any power over the player here. If a player wants to represent there country then not much can be done.
  7. Imagine Smith with that City side, easy then to see him as a world class Coach. I may be reaching here but even Bruce couldn't go wrong with that City side or could he?
  8. Oh yeah sorry forgot no one ever gets injured at Villa, we have terminators and no furnace in sight.
  9. I agree. It's great to see such great ideas from Sam.
  10. Exactly lol. It's ridiculous in this thread. From the Owners to Smith and the players, we just have to trust the process and have some faith. I certainly wont be shouting for Smith out if were in the bottom half in a spot of bother, I expect were going to not do as good and it's because I don't expect to be in europe by end of the season I can chill abit by where we end up. I do not understand why people want to return to the days of sacking managers every season. I think the money is being well spent, I certainly think the ideas and thinking being pulled off in games that Smith wants to happen will come on alright, maybe not for a while now because of setbacks but I think it will and we just have to be patient.
  11. Maybe NSWE,Smith, Lange and Purslow didn't think Midfield signing was needed just yet. I myself feel we had enough decent midfielders for now to concentrate on buying much better attackers. I kept saying last season the problem we was having was we was struggling with keeping the ball higher up the pitch, we just couldn't do it and it all landed back at our defence adding tons of stress to the defence. Midfield will no doubt be the next area to concentrate as it is now for certain our weakest area. We can only do so much a season and not everything can always be strengthened straight away. Sometimes it's best to do abit of strength adding, play some games and then see what needs to be corrected and I feel that is what's happened here and we have money come January that can be spent in this way to add strength. Now if in January midfield shows to be our weakest I believe someone's going to get brought in. Keeper, defence, Wingers, Strikers we seem to be sorted in those areas, but at any point even though on paper midfield to us is weakest could all of a sudden change and we could become weak at any area. I just believe that we didn't throw all the money in, spent a couple hundred mill as we could of done and played this smartly. There are reasons why we didn't spend everything available while other clubs did by the looks of it. If other clubs spent their load yet mess there season up at least we have the ability to spend and change that if we go through it. NSWE and the ones under them like Purslow are very smart at these games and I don't think they have really put a foot wrong yet since taking over, everything seems to be always above expectation.
  12. When I hear the talk that's in this thread of Dean and the words sack, I just go watch The Holy Trinity Dean Smith episode. I've then forgotten about the nonsense already on VT regarding Smith and Sacking.
  13. I do think NSWE will understand about things going south abit because of Grealish leaving, to many injuries and a fully fit first eleven that after four games still hasn't played together in a league game yet. I certainly do think they'd come out swinging the axe and put Dean's head on the chop block because of the above. I myself already thought before the season began that we wasn't going to do as well as last season. Sure it would be nice to do better than last, but not all is lost so long as we dont get relegated which I dont think will happen. We just have to get this team going and when it does and it's all figured out I do think all will be fine..
  14. No he does not lol And if he did it would be do you want the TV being kicked down the street I'll show you playing football just for being cheeky
  15. Strangely this is today's youth, they will watch people who do these videos all day long and somehow be entertained. Money is made by these video makers and they make a heck of alot as well. My son watches that idiot Logan paul who I can't stand and recently his brother who just fought that boxer and won. I also caught him watching someone play a video game and he were watching them for hours, I said son why don't you just play the bloody game instead lol.
  16. Tammy is a very good striker and he could of equally done the job that Ings is doing or Watkins does. We may not need him now but in a season or more who knows. I think the whole Tammy needs alot of chances to score is a soft excuse at not bringing him here by some of you, our existing strikers go through this same process. Unless you watching Tammy week in week out, then saying Tammy needs alot of chances to score is pretty a pretty lame reason not to bring an ace player to Villa if ever we find ourselves needing another striker down the line. So if Tammy does play for the away team your really saying he'd be coming back to the premier and be on the away side. It's like your saying no way in a hells chance we would ever bring him here, which you can never say neverunless you have magical forsight. You can be assured that if he does well at Roma then some of the teams who are above us in this league season after this season may want his services. I wouldn't put it past our club to keep an eye on Tammy. When Ings slows down or shows signs of it in some seasons, we will have to find that next striker, Tammy would be even more seasoned. Maybe Tammy will look for a return to the prem then and we may be one of the clubs to go try pick him up, we just don't know.
  17. Well if it is a struggling season it may be known to NSWE and be an acceptable for all we know. I certainly would think it were really harsh to sack Dean on a season that were out of his control.
  18. The game is fun. Not lots of maps yet which is the norm, a few updates needed for sure but it is very fun and cheaper than your average full retail priced game. £30.00 was the price I paid on release and to be fair its worth very penny. Difficulty of the game is absolute tough from the start. You start off by making your avatar, you then start the first mission in a fire team with two others be it AI synths or other human friendly players and choose your difficulty where even standard can be tough. You earn Script as your currency, so yes there is a shop with all sorts in including weapons, attachments, perks and even cosmetics or more (that's not real life money bought BTW).
