I agree. Frank is relatively inexperienced at the top level. Villa job would swallow him up. He is far from ready for a job like this yet and I hope he's got the self awareness to understand and realize that.

I disagree. Ruthless would be to sack him 3 months ago. Actually they should have sacked him when Beale left because in reality it was more of a project Beale. Gerrard was pretty much just a cheerleader and it was obvious what was going to happen once Beale left. At least to me.
