  1. I normally have no problem screwing after getting wood. The size is not important. Just take it slowly and make sure you use a well oiled tool.
  2. Working from just memory: The storming of the Capitol Building by Trump Supporters. A significant number of industrial disputes including the miners strike. Various animal rights protests that targeted people.
  3. You are (of course) right. But the key point in my post was “blocking the road WITHOUT GIVING NOTICE”. The Ambulance Service know about rugby matches and marathons well in advance. This gives them time to mitigate. Protesters just closing a road is a different matter.
  4. I do not condone the Police’s actions at the Coronation in any way. Free speech needs to be defended. The right to protest needs to be defended. But when protests inconvenience others it becomes a much more difficult topic. Some people shouting things at the Coronation is acceptable. But would anyone support protesters blocking the road outside an Ambulance Depot or Fire Station without giving any notice? What about blocking the road near a local A&E? Or blocking the road at a motorway junction nearest an A&E? There is a line in the sand and some protesters feel that their cause is so important that it justifies others coming to harm. Everyone draws their own line.
  5. Hamble didn't even get an invite. She was always 2nd best to the rest of the toys.
  6. My area is traditionally Conservative or Liberal Dem. Tories are now 3rd behind Labour and the Greens! The Greens only have 1 seat less than the Tories and Lib Dem’s combined.
  7. Absolutely amazing. Civil war seems a distinct possibility.
  8. WARNING- The embedded video shows dead bodies. This is a simply amazing video. Prizohin openly shows 1 days casualties and openly criticises the Russian military.
  9. You can clearly see 2 men climbing up the stairs of the dome just before the explosion. That’s a strange coincidence.
  10. Russian sources are reporting a large drone attack on Crimea at the moment.
  11. The UK have given Ukraine an unknown number of Storm Shadow Cruise Missiles. They have a range of 450km. Ukraine can probably take out the Crimea Bridge whenever they want.
  12. I can't stop laughing at the official photograph of the oil fire.
  13. This war has seen trench warfare not seen since WW1. During WW1 both sides dug tunnels under enemy trenches, filled them with explosives and detonated them just before a major offensive. There has been no suggestion or rumour that Ukraine or Russia are doing that. Which is odd. Particularly when places like Bakhmut have existing networks of mines, mining equipment and ex-miners. A long winter of bad weather and stalemate on the battlefield would have been the perfect time to construct something.
  14. It appears that Ukraine attacked the Black Sea Fleet in Sevastopol with drones. Russia is reporting no damage and all drones destroyed.
  15. I agree. But (at the moment) it's not the breakthrough that people are hoping for. Personally I doubt a significant counter attack will use the Antonov Bridge. I think it will be used to resupply an attack further to the east that will break the Russian land bridge to Crimea.
  16. Unfortunately this has been happening regularly and means very little. The Ukrainian side of the river bank is heavily built up and offers some really good firing positions. It's also perfect for HIMARS to fire from hidden positions and then move back. The Russian side of the river bank isn't built up and is hard to defend. Ukrainians have been going across the river for a few months and setting up small positions. It's another headache for Russia. To clear the Ukrainians they would need to commit troops and equipment into a very vulnerable area. But its not hugely significant.
  17. Or the support group for people who are obsessed with self care for minor skin complaints.............Just Pop Boils
  18. Russian Ministry of Defence said:! On the evening of April 20, during the flight of a Su-34 VKS aircraft over Belgorod, an abnormal descent of aviation ammunition occurred." An abnormal descent of aviation ammunition
  19. Our entire army is less than 100,000 strong. That would barely be enough to take a major Russian city.
  20. Have a look at Tudor watches. It's the sister brand of Rolex. There is nothing that directly copies the Milguass. But there's plenty of choice and they are actually available. Rolex have just discontinued the Milguass. The chances of getting one from an authorised dealer is almost zero.
