From a fans point of view then the City fans probably do deserve the 4th place (years of pain) but from a natural progression it should be Spurs. Either way Man City will buy better players than probably any other club in the PL and possibly the world. CL is important to players, but if they get the sorts of money that Man City will throw at them then they will go their anyway, as shown over the last season, money talks. Does anyone seriously think players would play for Spurs, Arsenal, Chelsea or Villa because they have CL football? When they could go to city for alot more money? TBH I think this point has already been proven, Tevez, Adebyor, Barry.... Man City will be top 4 next season and probably win the league within 2 seasons form now. Arsenal and even Man U will be more vunerable than City over the next few seasons, I really believe that. This is why i would prefer Spurs to get it this year and i think they will if Viera starts against them (finger crossed). Its only a stay of execution, but at least some new fans will get the buzz of a CL campaign and quite possibly a UEFA cup run as well. Good luck Spurs and UTV.

Bale is young and very effective going forward from left midfield. The true test of his ability will be next season when defenders and their managers study him and learn how to play to his weakness, if he has any. A Young has experienced a similar thing this season, defenders have learned how to play him.

Spurs, some good English players and they aint got Barry playing for them (not yet). Man City will be top 4 next year, without a doubt. Going to be great season for the neutral.

Who would have believed the Lib Dems could offer a viable alternative to the main 2 parties? Not me, but the fact is they are coming out on top. Floating voters have had enough of these two parties who have dragged our great country into its present state. The Lib Dems are gonna make real in roads in this election and thats from speaking to people who normally wouldn't even vote! Even the press are wasting their precious propaganda articles on them and that tells me the same story, they are a threat a real threat and maybe a real change. Lib Dems for me, ive had enough of the status quo.

Who gives a flyin f**k! Spurs are hyped club up by a London based media. Most fans of the other contenders resent this and this is where the hatred of spurs stems from. The fact that some of their fans believe the hype does nothing to help their cause.

Phil Dowd said he would not sent Eric Cantona of for his kung Foo kick.Why? It spoiled the game and ruined 6 months of Man U's fun.

Reckon its a bad draw for Chelsea as well, their record ain't great against us, certainly worse than their record against Spurs. A Spurs Portsmouth semi would be an interesting one as well, ain't clear cut with all the history between them.

Got to give reading some credit, they are playing very well, lots of effort. We will come good in the second half when they start to tire, I hope.

Vidic broke the laws of 'the game' they are supposed to be adhered to, not overlooked when it suits. Fact, Vidic should have received a red card, even if he did not a yellow would have changed the game he would have be less affective and chances are we would have had more chances. I do believe he would have received a second yellow and been sent off any how. Lets remember the laws of the game are part of the game, if you can't stick to them then the punishment is part of the game, to ignore this is naive, IMO. Alex Ferguson, Mourinho, Wenger...... all know the importance of playing the ref. Its a hollow victory for Man U and a soul destroying defeat for us and more importantly the game of football.

The fact is Vidic never even got a yellow card for the penalty, WHY? It makes no sense at all. Truly pissed of TBH, all that money and effort can be tainted by a bad decision.

At times our play was unstoppable, all the important players, creative wise, seemed to click into place. Milner, Young, Gabby and Downing just seemed to grow in stature over a five minute period. If they can maintain that sort of form for any length of a time in a match, then Villa should fear no team. My MOTM, A Young. We have some very important games coming up and we seem to be flickering into life. If we can win these next few games and gain some consistency, then we could be entering a very important time in our History. UTV
