General, I would like to offer my full support to Randy. The way he is running this club atm is the best way IMO without having £2bn to spend on players (a la Man City). The amount of money they are throwing about is stupid and sooner or later rules/restrictions will come in limiting wages/transfers. This rule making sure teams live within their means to get into European compitition is a step in the right direction and will hopfully open the 'powers that be' eyes to the stupid state that the PL is in. Making sure our infrastucture is sound and revenue streams are intact are a must, reducing our wage bill is also a must considering the % of revenue it takes up, (obviously this will be lower if more revenue is received). We also don't want the club to implode and face the possibility of not exsisting at all!! Taking things with a bit more caution at the moment and not spending more than we have is right (Especially considering the way MON has spent the money given to him).

I agree with Jonno that Petrov will soon lose his legs and that is a very worrying thing as he is MON's first name on the teamsheet. NRC is also not the longterm solution especially if he is sold. He won't figure at all next year if he refuses a move to run down his contract so he gets more of a pay packet next year. It is a worring position as Delph was brought as a more attacking player and so is Milner. Bannan is too lightweight and Osborne is awful. There is only one player for it... Salifou!!

If Milner goes... then fine. What I don't want is for it to drag out all summer. If Man City ain't going to pay up then MON needs to say for deffinat that Milner is not going anywhere. We can then focus on selling the deadwood and signing new (hopfully) better players. I think we need Milner but £30m is a LOT of money and if used in the right way VERY good for Villa in the long run.

He's better than Sidwell though... IMO of course.

Skip back through the thread, it's been done a couple of times. Looks good to be fair. Shouldn't be too far back. And apparently our kit is based on the Dutch one so you should get a good idea. Lol, thanks dude, was watching the game today and thought it was awesome and so simple. The mock up looks good... just hope they don't use the tag line... ruiens it a bit that.

Can someone do the Dutch kit in villa colours? Replace the Orange with the Claret and back with blue? (and the sponsor and all that?)

Heskey has played well for England the last 2 games but he is still not better than Carew... Would much prefer to sell Heskey and buy a goal scorer!
