Me too,It was on Hot UK Deals last week apparantly the Sutton store sold out within an hour. I think a lot of their stuff is ex catalogue so maybe shifting some excess stock in time for the new version.

I keep looking at the contract deals on 3,TK Maxx were also doing last week £100 cheaper than elsewhere and I must say I have been tempted but I will wait and see what the new one has to offer. Most of my browsing at home is done on my phone as I hate waiting for the laptop to boot up each time plus the Mrs is normally feeding a cow or sowing some seeds in Farm shite! Flash doesn't bother me in the slightest and not one of the websites I go on use it, unless I am looking for porn :winkold:

I know, can't we just discuss things like normal. Pretty much everywhere else on the forum people have differing opinions and hence debate. But on this particular forum it's polarised almost. I don't think anyone minds a discussion Conor but what I think people object to is the way you jump into a thread telling us how much better your phone is!

My sensible head says don't get an ipad but I know I will cave in eventually. It will be interesting to see what the new one has to offer.

No you can flash rom's if you want, but 99.9% of android users don't. HTC Sense is made for being simple and excellent to use. You keep trying to portray Android as a tech geek phone. Then why do loads more people in the world have Android Phones than do iPhones and the gap widens by the minute. Is the world now full of geeks? Apologies gents I will shut up now. Really? I would say it is a larger percentage than that from what I have read. I have looked into one for my next phone but tbh I can't be arsed and prefer the simplicity of ios. I have lots of friends who have android and even they will admit they have spent hours getting them how they want them,sorry its not for me. I will leave with the minor limitations of Apple. Of course there are more Android users as there are several phones to choose from,and how many of those are any good?Ios has 3.

Loads of stuff is simpler on an Android. I don't deny it. But the point I was making (which you seem to have missed) is certain Android owners are physically unable to pass up an opportunity to point out how much better their phone is than an iPhone. Thanks for proving my point And loads is much more difficult,having read the android thread and other forums to get the best out of it its all about flashing rom's etc..and using jargon anyone other than a tech geek will understand.
