I'm pretty sure it's bollocks, it leaves a mark but shouldn't affect your credit rating. You may have an issue if you went to the same dealer but others couldn't care less. I VT'd with a year to go on my last car as the market had been hit by the emissions scandal and my car was worth less than the balloon with still a year to go. I bought my current car outright, I doubt I'd ever go back to PCP after losing a tonne of money. The only plus was knowing my monthly payment is all I would have to pay out in case anything went wrong.

I couldn’t care less about 4th tbh, doesn’t change who we get in the playoffs and it’s not worth millions per place like the premier league. What counts is we made the playoffs. Nobody will remember what position we finished whether we go up or not.

It's one of those products that you hope you'll never need and can feel like a waste of money until the day comes when some twunt reverses into you and it pays for itself. I baulked at spending £100 on one but after my motor has been scratched twice in my works car park, having the parking mode was a must for me.

I've got this one, fits discreetly behind the rear view mirror, dead easy to fit, I just tucked the wring behind the head lining and so far no issues to report, syncs well with the app etc..
