So I have upgraded my phone...I am now the proud owner of a brand new Iphone 5......what does it do that is different to the Iphone 3??? Phones dont really bother me, I call, text, look on the sky sports news app and jump on the internet everynow and again I only upgraded it because my last one was **** and wouldn't charge properly Now I am wondering if they are worth the riots that happened in China when they first came out

Nah I was only in there for 10/15 seconds and me dad was up there as well, I was more concerned about the dog to be honest especially when she came up underneath the ice so she would have been ****, as it happens she was probably in there for less time than me. Makes you understand though when people say that just a minute in icy water can kill you because it literally paralyses you almost instantly **** horrible, next time I'll just throw a snorkel in for the dog instead

What do you get if you cross a retard dog and a frozen pond???? you get a very wet and cold Leemond. thats rite folks on saturday my dog in her infinite wisdom thought it would be a good laugh if she went for a walk on the ice on our pond....**** idiot she went straight through, luckily I was up the garden at the time so I waited to see where she came back up and she came up under the ice, there was **** all else for me to do except jump in after her I went straight through the ice dragged her to the side and my dad pulled her out then he had to pull me out because even though I was only in there for about 15 seconds I could barely **** move the pond is 5 1/2 ft deep I had to jump in the shower for about 20 minutes trying to warm myself up afterwards, the dog was fine though as I say she is a **** idiot

I'm in Erdington and it literally hasn't stopped for a second, it is still going now, dwindling down slowly but still going.

My mate has just gone home and I am now left with (after drinking 2 bottles of wine) 1/2 bottle jagermeister 2 cans of red stripe and a can of premier When I am in this sort of mood it's horrible cuz I love nothing more than drinking on my own but my mind goes to horrible places if that makes sense. **** it

My fridge has (and this is the complete and utter contents of it nothing added and nothing omitted) 1/2 jar of lemon curd that has been in tree for at least 6 months 1 can of carling premier, 1 bottle of jagermeister (my freezer freezes it which I though was impossible but it turns it into a kind of slush puupy version of jagermeister) and one bottle of coke which has pretty much frozen solid I also have 4 cans of red stripe to put in there but my flat is so cold I'm just lettin them chill on the side for a bit

Just got home...well I say "just" I stopped off and had a quick pint in my local first, I didn't even attempt the busses and got the train which was delayed by 1/2 hour so it wasn't too bad The managers told us we could leave at 4.05pm and expected us to give them a **** round of applause or something, we were the last **** in the building

I work near Colmore row and we are still at work, pissed off I am, apparently there has been a big crash on the aston expressway so my busses will be **** and everywhere is at a stand still on the way out of town will they let us go early...will they **** the reason's I have heard so far have been ''If we let you go now and you slip and break your leg then the company will be liable for it'' upon hearing the roads were at a stand sill ''well there you go then if you stay here till 5 then the roads mite be clear so there is no point in you leaving now'' bastards, as I said I'm not bothered about going early but if I am going to struggle to get back then year I wanna get out as early as possible

there is going to be a meeting in 1/2 hour at travel west midlands or whatever you call it to decide what to do about the busses, I'll post on here as soon as I get news of what it is aston expressway is at a standstill apparently

where have these rumours originated from? someone here is married to a bus driver (or something like that) and he is keeping her updated on all that sort of stuff

I am hearing from everywhere that places are closing and people are being sent home anyone else working in town who has been told if they will be leaving early? and is there any websites that give you updates on busses and shit like that? I'm not all that bothered about going home early as long as I can get home when I finish work, last time I had to walk home and it took 3 1/2 hrs to get back

Yup I have heard that as well, also heard that there may be some more trouble on the horizon for Mr Gavin in the forseable future that is not related to that

I'm in a kind of strange mood today, I feel quite happy, I've been sat at work since 8am and have been left t my own devices all day, been able to listen to music non stop and its been **** great man I've had the lot, stone roses, the sensational Alex Harvey band, Townes van zandt, the faces, the stones, the drive by truckers, Shooter Jennings, Guy Clarke etc etc etc Its been **** awesome but the only thing is that it is really making me want to have a good **** drink when I get home and I am getting really aggravated if someone does need to speak to me and interrupt me (usually at the best point) from my music. I'm not snapping at anyone but I just wish they would fook off and not bother me even if it is just asking me a simple question even though I am in a **** belting mood.

To be honest its not as if I bring them into work especially to lend them out to a specific person, its more of a case that I will finish a book when I'm on my lunch or something and someone will enquire about it and then ask to borrow it. Its not as if they have stole them and never had any intentions of returning them just more of a case that they just forgot and never thought about it, half the time they dont even get past the fourth chapter anyway. Give them a **** twilight or 50 shades of grey book and they are finished within days though such is the duality of the modern day bint though I suppose I'm pissed off about the one book that I cant replace though because I know that I lent the book to her and I actually trusted that she would look after it and return it, I recon she has either lost it or destroyed somehow and wont own up to it because she thinks I will go ape shit at her so she is just denying all knowledge of it.

I sorted out my book case the other day cuz it was looking a real mess, I put it into a vague sort of order I didn't go as far as to alphabetize them or anything I just grouped them together by authors. I did it because I knew I was missing an absolute **** load of books that I had lent out to people at work so I txt everyone telling them I wanted them back off them so far I have reclaimed 15 books. I think its pretty bad the way that people dont have any respect for books, they just assume that once you have read it once then you dont give a shit about it any more, I dont know if I am a rare breed of person that will actually go back and re-read a book but I was quite amazed at how easily everyone put there hands on them when I asked but never thought to just return them without being prompted. I have got another 15/20 books to come back but the one that I really want has vanished, I remember who I lent it to because I warned them that I wanted them to take care of it because that book was pretty special to me and I wouldn't be able to replace it (even if I went out and got another copy of it) and she is denying all knowledge of it and is saying that she has her own copy of it so she would never have borrowed it off me in the first place.

To be honest I used 'shot' in response to the rev's post, if you search Kesslers name in this topic I cant find a single post which describes him in that way but does question how close he is or will be able to get to his old standards

the last Froch fight was charging something like £80 to sit rite up in the gods I think because I took a look at the tickets for that one. I dont think that anyone can really say how ''shot'' Kessler is or not until he has a real good test, until then its pretty much just speculation from both sides isn't it he's shot - he has looked well off his old standards in his last 2 fights he's not shot - he has been shaking off the ring rust after being out of action for so long and will come good again either way I recon Froch has improved enough to see him off

I'm resigned to the fact I wont be getting one, it was wishful thinking anyway I'll have to make do with bully from downstairs, he is pretty much my dog during the summer any way, he just comes and goes as he pleases when the doors are left open (which is pretty much all the time in the warmer months) and of a morning he comes up to my window to wake me up, the only annoying thing about the **** is that he has no qualms about stealing my food as well proper sniper he is, he sneaks into my flat, hides in the bathroom and if I leave any food on the coffee table for any ammount of time he runs out and snaffles it and then looks at me all proud as if he has just performed some amazing trick

may 25th Carl Froch v Mikkel Kessler all agreed, the deal has been done I cant help but think that Kessler has left it too late now, I know he has been plagued by injuries but where he has only had 3 fights since he fought Froch (and lets be honest he didn't look great against Allan Green and Magee was a bit of a joke fight) Froch has had 5 fights against big names (Abraham, Johnson, Ward, Bute and Mack) and since he lost to Ward he looks like he has made great strides and his confidence is absolutely sky high I just cant see Kessler winning this one, if it wasn't for injuries and if the fight would have took place earlier then I would probably have gone for Kessler but I think the tide has turned now
