    SoGA obliges the seller to bear the cost of postage, if they're required to repair or replace the goods. There's no set limit for the cost of returning the goods, but ultimately it'll come down to the vague notion of what's reasonable. You can't use an expensive sameday courier and spend £200 returning an item that cost a fiver and expect to be recompensed. Was it initially sent to you via recorded delivery?

    It happens. If we never wanted to build near people's homes we still wouldn't have any motorways or the current railway lines. There will always be collateral damage.

    It's...kind of underwhelming. They'll obviously get more out of it than the equivalent gaming PC with the same specs, but that's a very low to mid-range build. A major positive for those just looking at the new console gen hoping it will move PC tech forward is we should finally see developers working on getting their games to properly utilise multi-core CPUs. That and the fact it looks like PC gamers won't have to upgrade their machines for another few years.

But Lambert was given a good amount, we spent the 6th most in the league in the summer, and he's managed to take a squad that McLeish kept in the league, and make it significantly worse. Lambert's a waster.
