I dont think they will be bothered about the effects locally tbh. They pay their money to get the brand out globally via the media.

I cant be arsed to look through the whole of this thread to see if its been bought up before but my main concerns over this appointment is how he is in the transfer market. We have to accept how far we have fallen and that if he can get us firing again we are going to be cherry picked. When this happens we need somone who knows how to spot a player at a budget, a skill lambert proved adept at. At our current level this will be one of the most important factors to how well we will do over the coming years.

Great to hear that Sherwood came in and gave he team a positive gee up. We all know that this team is a lot better than what we have seen over the last few months. Maybe he is the man to give us a Gregory type boost!

Bookies just go by where the money is and it seems like a lot of money being bet on Sherwood. We sure missed the boat with Pulis though. Im so glad we didnt end up with pulis. I want exciting footy down vp after all these years of eye bleeding stuff.
