Any food type - nice atmosphere and food - not too fancy.

Whether it would be the same as going alone is the another issue though.

Ok, here we go....I never imagined I'd use this thread but here it goes. Met a girl on a leaving night from Bristol, (was returning back to parents to live, work and save for travels). Things have since developed with this girl since September into a pretty serious relationship, which I can see myself with long term. She is happy to go travelling for 3 months - potentially longer, but doesn't want to be apart from me for too long (understandable). However I want to probably spend a fair few months out travelling. Whenever we discuss it we argue (hoping to leave end of March). Any suggestions/thoughts etc?

Also looking to do the same. Budapest?

Well some of you may have seen my recent threat regarding a sales executive role with Cadbury's. Having got to final stage (Assesment day) I was unfortunately not offered the job. Positive to take from it - 6,000 people went for 50 roles. I have toyed (no innuendo intended) with the idea of TEFL and have wanted to venture off to Oz for several years now. What do people suggest? I am currently in a role I am not enjoying and need/want to experience other cultures and have some fun before settling into a career role. Any ideas, experiences and opinions?

The lack of respect/appreciation being shown towards the club and ticket office is quite astonishing.. The achievement of making it to our first cup final in 10 years is being slowly eroded by some fans over the frustration of not being able to get a ticket. I was one of those on Wednesday who spent all day trying to get tickets online with no success, fortunately for me I managed to get 3 on the Thursday, did I get frustrated at times while waiting....yes, did I take a moment to reflect that this is at a maximum an event which can occur twice a season and in our situation has occured once in 10 years - and fans expect a system to be faultess - I sometime believe that our fans do not realise how fortunate we are and as they say "You only realise what you had when it's gone" Clearly none of us want to be in the situation of Portsmouth etc, but sometimes I think it is what some of our fans attitudes actually deserve and it dissapoints me beyond belief at this lack of respect shown. I beg for all you to get behind the team 28th February, whether it's at home watching or in the stadium this is an achievement which we can be proud of and lets show that we are proud of this and not spoil this over pathetic and over the top frustrations. Up the villa! Thanks once again General for your incredible work, time and most of all patience and resilience.

Just got myself tickets for the David Haye fight 3rd April (easter weekend) for £30 each....bargain - considering I've never been to any event of this sort.

An official VT meet up would be a great idea.
