Also im really excited for Flaked season 2 arriving to Netflix in June. I loved Season 1, thought it was great and very unpredictable, cant believe the poor review scores it gets. I must be taking crazy pills or something. Hopefully more people will watch it. I really dont want it to be cancelled. Other things iv been watching: Master of None season 2 - really enjoyed it and accidentally binge watched the series. BCS - Love it, like eveyone else Silicon Valley - quite enjoy it but think it will keep getting worse as worried they will just start repeating similar storylines brooklyn 99 - sure,its funny enough, keeps my entertained Designated survivor - i really enjoyed the premise and first few episodes but now its just getting too similar to 24 which i never really liked

This! Its basically a Keto(genic) Diet. I was 16.5st (105kg) at one point 4 years ago, i am now a middleweight amateur boxer at 75kg (11.8st) For actually cutting weight keto is the easiest for me. I always say you can lose 2kg a week with Keto, which matches what Maqroll above. Its easy because no carbs is your only rule, you can eat as much as you would like and whatever you like as long is there is no carbs in it.

i cannot agree with this at all. Cauliflower rice and Courgetti are both awesome things. They have changed the way i eat when i am on a keto (low carb) diet, which i do to cut weight for boxing. And now even when not in Keto, i do not think ill ever cook rice or spaghetti again, the alternatives are just as good and way better for you.

Was looking at getting the train from Kandy to Ella (9 hours) which he said was pointless, just get on the train at the last stop before Ella, so you just get the best 2 hours. Also he suggested looking fairly budget for the inland accommodation as we wont be in them for alot of time and then nicer rooms/hotels for when at the beach which makes sense. So, thanks

Fair enough, although Rudolph was never really a player of note before this season, he was one of those streaming TEs who you always picked up after a good week and he didnt perform again till you dropped him. TEs are the worst!

Dont blame Yahoo, they are just telling you who has the better match up, you still sometimes gotta pick the better player. you play Rudolph over Kendricks irrespective of match up, like you play Julio over Sharpe, even if Julio is against the Broncos and Sharpe is against the Browns. Could be worse, you could have started a back up QB. luckily i would have lost anyway even if i had subbed Kaep in in time. So, circumstances have lead to me having 10 free days in december. I am going to be in maritius from the 23rd Dec which should be good however I am now free from the 12th Dec and so thought i would do something first and a friend of mine is willing to come. I can do anything really. However obviously with going to Maritius though rather than going somewhere(Like Colombia) from London and back before then flying to maritius, i though somewhere close to mauritus where i can fly straight from there might be good. Im looking for a mix of culture, activities, sun and drinks. Tanzania(zanzibar) via Oman/Dubai was my first though... we both have friends in dubai and iv actually never been. any thoughts or suggestions people? @chappy @tonyh29 Thanks in advance

Im way more interested in this than a PS4 or Xbox. those things have little interest to me these days. I have had a PS1,2&3 btw. Im obviously not a gamer. i dont spend enough time at home to be one. I maybe watch 30 mins of TV a day. It seems more simple than those other consoles, where i could play a game of mariokart with the misses at home or on a train/plane. I will wait for it to come out and check review etc but im interested.

its the portable thing that does it for me. I have no interest in a PS or XBox, im mostly too busy with my day to day life to be able to spend much time with them anyway. However as said, looks like it would be decent for travelling. Flying to the states or wherever with my GF and we could be playing mario cart against each on the plane. I really dont need the best graphics or anything, just something fun to pass the time, when i havnt got a good book

Ill probably buy it presuming its not a ridiculous price. I dont really game anymore but looks perfect for travelling. I take a fair few long flights each year. Being able to play 2 player mario cart on 1 tablet sells it for me, subject to actually working at that size.

Iv been looking into this alot, and if your not going for the mid ranged Oneplus 3 or the ZTE Axon 7 then probably the Xiaomi Redmi note 3 pro is advised. Although Oukitel k6000 looks good if you want a huge battery, or i went for the Elephone K6000 for my gf which on paper looks fantastic but could have problems.... she gets it monday This page might be a great place to start, especially the comments. Im going to stop looking at them though as i should have deffo gone for the Redmi Note 3 pro for the misses Edit: the 1+3 and Axon 7 are not midrange phones, their price is mid range, they are right up there. My GFs phone (1+1) battery is done, lasts like 3 hours tops. So bought her a Elephone P9000. It was between that and the redmi note 3 pro but the P9000 won with it running marshmallow and a few other positives. It does have mixed reviews though, where its a great phone but can come with faults more often then it should. Which is abit of a worry. However bought on amazon from a supplier but it is also "Fulfilled by Amazon". So Amazon also handles customer service and product returns for Fulfilled by Amazon items so any problems should be easily sorted. Heres hoping everythng is fine Will let you know how she gets on
