  1. I think he's quite funny. Although too much of him and it would probably start to annoy me. Seems genuine enough though and doesn't annoy me on Top Gear or when I have seen him doing interviews (like on The One Show).
  2. Yep, I have hit a brick wall right now too. Have tried going back on it a few times over the past week or two. I just can't get into it though and it feels like I'm just going through the motions with no goal in site. Oh well, I'm sure I'll be back heavily playing it again someday. Maybe.........
  3. Jackie Big Tits - The Kooks I know a lot of people slate them, but Inside In/Inside Out is quite a good album in my opinion. One I can listen to all the way through. The W.A.N.D. - The Flaming Lips
  4. I'm glad there are others who think this. I thought it was just me. Family Guy is brilliant! Each to their own, but I think the humour in Family Guy is a lot funnier. I do think Homer is a funny character, but my vote goes to Peter Griffin.
  5. Good choice. Am listening to: M.E.T.H.O.D Man - Methodman.
  6. Makes you a bad player? I don't agree. Just the view a lot of people seem to have when they moan about DK's being OP. I have a level 80 DK and I know how to play the game. I also have an 80 Rogue, 80 Mage, 80 Warrior, 70 Paly, and numerous other alts. I think the DK is an enjoyable class and one everyone should at least give a go. Even if it is only for the starting zone. I don't feel it makes you a bad player in any way. There are quite a few bad players around that are DK's though because they just leveled one character to 50 and rolled a DK. That doesn't mean that everyone that plays a DK doesn't have a clue though...
  7. Noob! Nice price you got there, I may consider selling mine in the near future. Better to have the money than to just leave it sitting there. I will see though, as knowing me I'll go back to it soon enough.
  8. TES for me. I enjoy both of these games to be honest. Yet I have just picked up TES again and can't put it down. It's still a great game with so much depth. I found Fable 2 far too easy and short. I have done all of the quests and gotten every house and rare weapon. It was just too short and easy in my opinion. Lots of fun though.
  9. I think my Warcraft days may well be over come the end of the Arena tournament. I have just lost all interest in the game for some reason. It has started to seem like more of a chore than fun. It's a shame, but I have had my fun with it. I'm sure I'll still play it a little at some point. Is anyone else feeling the same way? Just seems like there isn't much to do anymore and it is all a bit easy.
  10. I think we need at least a draw from this game today. Anything less and our season could go all wrong. May sound like a bit of an overreaction, yet I feel this game could well shape our season. Win it and we are flying. Draw it and it is alright. Lose it and I think we will have problems. I know we are capable of winning and I just hope that we do. We need this! I went for the win by the way. I think we can (and should) win this one and will be very disappointed if we don't. UTV!
  11. Any of you on here doing the Arena tournament? Starts tomorrow I believe. It will be my first one, and was just wondering if it is a waste of money? Seems fun in that you can try out different classes in full pvp gear.
  12. As someone mentioned earlier, Anchorman is absolutely brilliant. It's old, but funny. Another good comedy from a few years back is Old School. Check both of these out if you want some laughs. For a current one I agree with Role Models. Not as funny as Anchorman, yet it has its moments.
  13. Yeah, I think that photo is a fraction of a second after both feet were down. They were clearly both down (toes) from what I seen. Also, it doesn't really matter now....
  14. Still over the moon with this win, having gotten my few hours of sleep in. It was a good game, yet I do feel some of the officiating was off. I also feel that the Steelers could (and perhaps) should have had the game buried long before they did. Fair play to Arizona though, as they did make a game of it. I feel slightly sorry for Kurt Warner, but in a way I don't as I myself don't really like him. They really stepped up on their defence tonight though and at times looked as if they could nick the game. The interception totally turned the game towards the Steelers. They fought hard, but in the end I feel the Steelers fought harder and had that bit more class. The reason I say the Steelers deserved this victory is because they had the most difficult schedule than any other team in the NFL. They also had the strongest defence, which is so important to have. Many people only like to see offensive football, yet this Steelers team (as has been done by them in the past) have shown that defence is so important. If the Steelers can keep the defence in shape and sort out the offence to be even better, then I can see a bright future ahead. It was nice to see Roethlisberger getting in some yardage this time too. Time for me to go out and celebrate this win tonight though. It's been a long ride throughout the years since the Steelers vs Cowboys Superbowl. Next season should be a good one in many aspects in my opinion. I can't wait for it, and hope the Steelers can do it again.
  15. Go Steelers!! Brilliant win, and the Steelers have deserved it. All season long they have been the best team, and they were once again tonight. Brilliant stuff!
  16. Anyone got any tips on where and which dailies to do to make a lot of money fast? I know that Icecrown is a good spot. Yet, are there any others? Patch 3.0.8 is out today aswell. Shame there will be no new raid content though, as to be fair the current content is far too easy. I know they apparently designed it to be that way. It is just too easy for people that can manage to roll their heads across a keyboard though. Some challenging raids would be nice. The only challenging fight has been in Eye Of Eternity. Even that isn't tough though once the whole group gets the hang of it. Not meaning to moan, yet the current content has got a bit boring already. TBC never got boring in my opinion, and there were always things to do. Perhaps it is just me and I am losing interest in WoW. I think that it may well be down to the fact that WoTLK seems to lack any substance besides the quests and is far too geared at new players.
  17. In which way? Results? Nope, we get a lot more points. Goals? Nope, we score a lot more. Defence? Nope, we even concede less. What do we miss then? I am not complaining, but to be honest we have been fortunate with a lot of those results since he has been missing. Long may the luck continue, yet I am just pointing this out. Defence wise, why do you even mention him?! He's a forward, although he does actually add to the defence when he defends at the near post from corners (and at other times through his sheer height). The fact is we miss him as an extra option. Especially at home, where it is not ideal to have one upfront. He allows us to play a 4-4-2 formation. It's also a forward that can be subbed on near the end of the match if needed. Him or Harewood? Need I say more. The fact is that yes we do miss him, and watching us play you can clearly see how at times he would be of great use. To suggest we don't miss him is a bit silly in my opinion....
  18. Rolled a mage to join you all on Tarren Mill a few weeks back. Can't be bothered to level it though, so am still using my main on The Sha'tar. Just wish it wasn't an rp realm.....
  19. I don't know if anyone has said this. Yet, I would like to see an American Football style rule implemented. Thus allowing a manager to challenge the decision. Yet, I would only allow one challenge per match for each manager, meaning it would not be slowed down much at all. This would mean that it would fall on the manager and his staff to decide when to use that challenge, such as for big moments (eg penalty being given, or player sent off). Just an idea and I think it could really work.
  20. Aye, I did that quest chain. Brilliant cinematic, that you can actually watch over and over if you so choose. The chain itself was good fun too, not just the cinematic.
  21. I am with you on these, and I think a lot of people are. Have seen new versions of Robocop and The Goonies mentioned a few times as being in the pipeline over the past few years. They keep coming up in movie magazines such as Empire, and I must admit a remake of either (or both) would be fantastic. It was said that a new Goonies movie would have the past Goonies in it, as the parents of the new ones. Also, with the Ghostbusters game (not sure if it is out or when it will be), I think it is to replace any movie. This is a shame, but nothing is for certain in Hollywood. Brewsters Millions would be a great remake aswell. That could really work. I think out of all of the above that Brewsters Millions would be the only one that could surpass the original (even though the original is brilliant). Perhaps Robocop too, as it would work well with today's FX. I think this has been mentioned somewhere (Robocop) as being likely to be made. Although you never know. The Goonies and Ghostbusters are classics that would be very hard to beat with a remake and could be ruined. The only way we will ever know though is if they are actually made.
  22. Rev, what addon is that bar at the top of your screen? I used to have Fubar but scrapped it. That looks similar. Is it Titan? Anyway, am enjoying this expansion. Am trying to level both my Mage and my DK now, which is proving to be a bit tedious. Loving the quests, but to be honest there are so many.....
  23. I don't see what the rush is to get to 80. I'm in a raiding guild, yet still want to take it slow. The most fun part is the leveling. Plus I think the quests in WoTLK are superb. Much better than BC in my opinion. I'm taking it slow until 80 because I want to enjoy leveling and enjoy the expansion as a whole.
