    He played well today against a very mundane Bolton team, but one swallow doesn't make the summer. He's be consistently solid for two years now, so I'm pretty sure it's not one swallow. Remember he was palyers player and fans player of the year last year. He is still a scapegoat for many on here, but he is very consistent, very experienced and a good captain. I don't agree with your view point, Petrov shouldn't be the captain either. I still stand by my comment.

    Agreed Chindie and I for one want him to be there until he retires like Fergie with the job done. They had more reason to chase him out in his early days at Old Trafford than we do Martin now. The clubs who do well tend to give a manager time and Martin has earned our trust. How would we all feel if we got fourth and the FA Cup but he left due to the negatives he has received at times from some fans over the past 12 months? What stick? a couple of groans and moans.

    Rather Spurs, I feel we are very similar to them in many ways more than them two pieces of shite. Had Jol or Ramos been in charge, sure, but when it comes to Redknapp.. nah, I think he's a disgrace to football. What he's done at his previous clubs is very poor, they guy has no morales at all and doesnt give a shit about anything but himself. Villa City Liverpool Spurs What about Barry? What about Rafa? both treated our club horrendously, Harry is but he hasn't done anything to bother me or my club.

    Not really sure what this is meant to mean to be honest. I think what he means is in our FA cup run last year, we had a very hard run to the final playing Liverpool, yourselves, United, etc. Whereas your run to the semi this year you have played all lower league teams and for the CC run you played "lesser" teams like Portsmouth and Blackburn. I think that's what he meant by "proper" teams. Anyway, if either Heitinga or Pienaar is out, they will be huge losses for us, huge... EDIT: BTW, not saying I agree with what he said, just explaining it...just to clarify :winkold: Very true AG.

    I hate the blosers too, but they're playing well at the moment and they want to compete with us in every area. We need to up our game.
