  1. It really is, the worst thing at the moment is that so many of the teams I've watched us capitulate to have looked terrible.
  2. I'd prefer a manager currently in a job and doing well at it. Throw money at them if necessary to get them here.
  3. Sorry, that wasn't particularly aiming at you, and in fairness Manchester City weren't exactly on a high when we got Saunders.
  4. Ron Saunders came from Manchester City, so we should go and get their manager.
  5. Di Matteo finished second in the Championship. We don't need one these managers with a track record of failure, so none of the usual suspects please.
  6. Robbie Savage, Ian Wright, and Mark Lawrenson.
  7. They're ex professional footballers, have you ever seen a footballer interviewed, or as a pundit. They are (in a majority) thick as ****.
  8. They might as well just set fire to their money.
  9. I think 10 points out of 30 is the fairest way if looking at it. Whether we should be expecting a better ratio or not is then objective.
  10. I take it there's no likelihood of punishment coming back on the clubs for this? (Just in case one of them was ours.)
  11. You know it happens all the time, when a club signs a player for a hefty fee that no one's ever heard of, not even the manager. (And I don't mean Wenger, beacuse the dodgy players end up never actually playing, his are properly scouted, and make it to the first team.)
  12. Pearson and Big Sam dream team, clearly.
  13. Football clubs need to start appointing managers from places when they have succeeded, not ones who have failed. We're not the only club to keep employing the same recycled faces with a track record of losing and getting sacked. They get another new job and then everyone is surprised when they're useless and end up getting sacked again.
  14. If we're getting a new manager and the owner has money, why would we be limiting our options to those 'available'? (ie out of work, sacked/failed somewhere else.)

    U.S. Politics

At least it had the car crash factor. I hate to think how insipid a May, Corbyn, Fallon debate would be.
  16. I really don't believe Steve Bruce is any kind of answer, one thing I've learned from Villa over recent years. Is that unless you have a new manager lined up for is a significant step up. (And I don't think we're in a place where we could get that kind of manager in) As long as your not a complete shambles week in week out, what is the point of changing an average manager for an average manager.
  17. I know people want RDM gone, but let's not replace with another crap manager, just because they're not Roberto.
  18. Has to play alongside McCormack, in a two up front.
  19. Fed up with tactically clueless managers, what the f*** do they teach them when they do these UEFA coaching badges?
  20. When fit McCormack and Kodjia have to start as a front two.
  21. I mean, come on Roberto. Bring on the big man, take off the winger. Has to be trolling now.
