Out of those, your only option is the Z3 Compact as it is the same phone as the top dog Z3 but with a smaller screen. The other two are gimped performance wise.

I don't know British law but us swedes don't need to tell the other part they are being recorded. You just cant record as a third party. But it your law prevents it, just tell them you are doing it. (as per DDID above)

Nope, the compact is the z3/z2 (as you know, they are basically the same chipset wise) , but with smaller screen and 2 GB of memory instead of 3
