  1. I can think of other lazy, half-arsed prats too. Let's begin with: N'Zogbia, Lescott, McCormack, Bacuna, Cleverly, Richardson, Gestede, Ayew (for us), Onomah...
  2. Bowen would be great. Still will need a pure striker imo as well. really hope we can ask Chelsea for some favors now that their transfer ban will be lifted..
  3. I can think of very many other players in the last 5/6 yrs that I dislike a lot more.
  4. you saw the tackle I assume? no amount of rest would protect any player from that.
  5. look, I'm ok with your constant complaining most of the time but really mate....? he scored a great goal today instrumental to our win and got a bad injury and this is what you conjure up? a dig at spelling? wow
  6. So do I. I think Newcastle have been over-performing now for a couple of weeks and have gotten a couple of lucky breaks with close wins. I think they have a pretty poor squad, they lack goals and that will likely come back to haunt them. With them having a lot of injuries and a tough set of fixtures coming up it is looking grim for them. Bournemouth is also looking like they are in a bad spiral. Southampton are on fire atm as well so I guess we'll have to wait and see if they can keep this up (I have my doubts). All in all it really is up to us though to capitalize and I wouldn't be totally unhappy if we could lose a little less and get some draws on the board. It really has been all or nothing for us this whole season so far.
  7. I agree, these injuries are making our squad very thin atm and in very important positions.
  8. wesley and heaton injuries today really has took a bit of the positivity surrounding the result out of the equation for me. january will be crucial imo.
  9. Haller's goal was a pretty damn nice one, but yes the first was lucky and the penalty could be debated.
  10. completely agree with this. he really has spearheaded their peak as a club and as a fan I would be very grateful of that. I suppose it's part of the game that as soon as the heat is turned on, nerves boil over and blood is demanded.
  11. Bournemouth are in serious trouble now. good.
  12. I sure hope so but it looks very bad. I hope his ligaments are made of steel.
  13. I agree with this. Kodjia as a lone striker and we're basically setting ourselves up for relegation. time to dive into the market now for two options with Wesley looking like he won't be seeing another game this season.
  14. right now I'd say we don't even have a choice. it must happen.
  15. considering how thin we are getting in terms of injuries to key players I'm not hoping for much against citeh.
  16. this season seems a lot more even across the board with the very top excluded. it is up to us to do what we have to do and I don't think we can expect a lot of favors from the teams around us.
  17. southampton and watford both getting wins today is not exactly ideal.
  18. yup they're very thin up top just like us.
  19. absolutely crucial to get a striker now after what Ben Mee did to Wesley. I'm fuming after that tackle. you'd think it's fair that Burnley pays for some of the transfer costs too...**** thug!
  20. which isn't a bad option to be fair. Son is a very good player and has goals in him.
  21. that could be a career-ender. I really hope Ben Mee gets penalized retrospectively for that. that is seriously ugly. **** I'm pissed off!
  22. Deli Alli is playing so poor. this spurs team don't look like they have a lot of fight in them right now.
