clark has more experience than baker. this is bakers first year getting a decent run and he has definitely improved.

we actually had a very good chance just before they scored the 2nd goal but your right we should of tried to sit back and defend all night Lambert must be dumb as shit to think we have a team that can go to Old Trafford and go toe-to-toe with them. Every side but 2 or 3 in the league goes there with an extra man in the middle of midfield. Saying I wanted to defend all night is bollocks, a front 3 of Gabby, Weimann and Benteke will create chances against any side, we would still have seven other outfield players who can concentrate on keeping it tight in midfield and at the back. fair enough. I agree that an extra body in midfield would of helped especially instead of insomnia. if we didnt concede so early then we could of maybe got the lead and hit them on the counter which imo was our best chance of getting something tonight. the early goal killed our gameplan

clark has shown no progression if anything hes gone backwards. his distrbution is terrible. 9 times out of 10 the ball ends up back with the other team. baker looks like he can make it but for me clark doesnt.

Let me fix that for you... Every team has a player standing in the right place! And not one of the smallest blokes on the pitch babby sitting the the post/goal line. the problem was delph should of been closer to the goal in order to give himself a run at the ball to clear it away but his positioning meant he had a standing jump and got caught out. it was an individual error that caused the goal.!

We were dire the entire second half and it's been a recurring theme all season. liverpool should of scored a couple in the 1st half and then when they took the lead in the 2nd half they controlled the game due to their experience and the fact that they are better footballers. we lost to the better team. us being dire this season is because our squad is full of shit players and players that need more experience. do you honestly expect us to be able to play brilliantly every game for 90 minutes with our shit squad? Of course I don't expect us to be brilliant all game every game, but the fact that we have constantly been shit in the second half all season is a bit concerning. I've lost count of the amount of times this season we've gone in to half-time playing really well and then we come out in the second half and for the rest of the game we're shit. young inexperienced players explains it. when the pressure is on they more often than not buckle.
