    I think Villa would be ideal for Baros, and Baros would be ideal for Villa. Wanted him last season, still want him now. He's what? 23? I think there might actually be something in this, 'cos it'd make a hell of a lot of sense on all parts. Apart from the Vassell bit.

    Sorry Patrick, just the mention of FM with a link makes me go bananas I know nothing about any potential signings. And haven't heard anything for weeks now. Though we seem to have had a policy of South American players, so I wouldn't be suprised if they were looking at one to further our presence in South America?

    I'll be honest, I can't remember who I've met and who I haven't. I've met quite a few people on here and from other sites, Richard at protest stuff, Paddy who had the charming experience of listening to my rants during the game, Rob, PB, Ryu, erm, and anyone else should remind me. I always get a bit flustered meeting people off this site and stuff, dunno why. I was in the same room as Rev at that Babyshambles gig in Coventry too, if that counts. I do owe a few people around here drinks too, so I guess I'll be meeting them some time too.

    I think definately so. Forget what you think of the bloke. We need an irritant. We need somebody who every other fan hates. Bellamy is that. He would be our Savage - and you would bloody love him. I also think that alongside JPA, they'd both be fantastic. OK, Bellamy isn't quite Saviola - but he's of similar build and I would be close to getting that season ticket if he did sign. Watch him sign for Celtic tomorrow

    I have a suggestion. Stop lying to us and tell us how much money we have. With Doug telling everyone our transfer targets, we might as well know the 'new' budget, because it's clear the targetting of Alan Stubbs shows that not only had David's gold pot at the end of the rainbow gone, but even the James Beattie money has got smaller....

    I suggest you read up on Glazer rather than read the paranoid rantings of Manchester United fans and The Sun trying to get a story. Glazer will be good for Manchester United. All the things people say of Glazer are unfounded, and the accusations made at him are the complete opposite of what he has done elsewhere.

    It'll be more than four million. Even a egotistical liar like Ellis will know that you can go the past three months mentioning mega spending and a new squad in every story involving an official mouth piece, then actually spend £4million, then I'd imagine surely the support that he does have will dwindle (apart from the bozos who will refuse to believe it, insult, make some bizarre excuse and believe what they believe because it isn't the popularist view). It'd also be the biggest lie the club has ever told the fans so far.
