Whats the point in a new left winger is Berger comes in? Saying that, I wouldn't be suprised to see one winger come in - along with a defender and a central midfielder. And obviously a striker.

You've got the full backs - Samuel will be back fine when he can rest and get the injury treated but Delaney can be sold and replaced with that money. You've got a striker situation (I wouldn't say no to Keane) and an obvious problem in creating (something DO'L knows about!). And I'll be honest, my patience is wearing thin with Tommy. But David will stick with him, I think.

But Gera is a player who has suddenly scored a few goals in the past few games and is now the tabloids new favourite "oooh he's better than them". What did he do until about a month ago? Malbranque has been poor all season. We need players who can create something and who we can depend on. Turns out I was right about not signing Beattie.

Why do you have to do either? Whatever you think of him, his family doesn't deserve facing disrespect shown to a man who afterall wants the best for AVFC (even if we disagree how).
