I’m not going to defend the players, but being second to everything in midfield is not just on them. They are very often one man down and covering a lot of space.
Wes’ problem seems to be he is built like a target man but is more comfortable playing as a secondary forward. I really like what he does outside of the box.............

He has to play that deep because there is no link between him in the midfield. It is not as obvious when we are able to play out wide, but Sheffield are defending well out there and, like all **** season, we have no plan B.
