    Good shout on here yesterday when someone suggested getting Gareth Barry in for the season. I know he is slow (he always has been) but his speed of thought, passing ability and calmness would be perfect for us! Moreover, he is able to cover several positions and is an excellent professional........swap for Gardner anyone?

    Would like to try to Gareth Barry back from the Boggies......not included in the matchday squad for them today! Would beca real calming influence in our midfield and has the versability to play in several positions, in particular in 2 positions that we desperately need (CB and LB).

    perfect away formation for me albeit without De Laet. Not sure we could have picked a better starting 11 from those that are fit. Comfortable Villa win!

    Agree. Grealish would be better in the ACM role. He has excellent vision and playing him wide restricts him too much IMO.

    But he's almost 40...a grown up man. Its just like everyone else who make mistakes. If he has made mistakes he will learn from them. But as an adult and owner they are his mistakes to make whatever we think about them!

    Lets put this to bed once and for all. He's the owner and can therefore has the autonomy to say whatever he wants on twitter and elsewhere. Do you have anyone telling what to do with things that you own? If so, what do you say to people who interfere?...........serious question BTW,!.........its not illegal to talk about something you own, is it?
