    Lots of talk on Twitter now that villas assets in the form of land have been massively under valued. Having them reassessed could help to eliminate the 40m black hole??

    The club had basically borrowed money against them.. basically meaning if they failed to pay back the lender would potentially own them as collateral for losing there money. What this is is paying off those loans so that the club has less debt...

    I think this has been done to essentially save the club and keep the wolf from the door bills wise.. Its looking like Xia gets to save face and gets a return on his investment/gamble with the club. And our new overlords can take there time to sort the rest of the ownership out.. Atleast we can see what these guys are worth and that its true, with xia it was all smoke and daggers!!

    This hasn't come from any journalist as far as I'm aware. Club won't acknowledge it yet as selling is very last resort to fund the club so they just keep knocking back on bids..

    I'm more of a brown myself. Apparently if 25 million and onomah on loan (wages paid) is reached it's a done deal. So far the above is the only bid that's been made from spurs tho...
