    I think the vast majority of people put Italy and Uruguay as favourites. Maybe in England where England are underrated.

    Said it on twitter I think. Given that Ireland were also at Euro 2012 maybe it shows where his loyalties truly lie?

    Italy are not clearly better than us though. You don't look at the Group D and say "Uruguay and Italy to go through" You say "Hmmmnn, could be any 2 of Uruguay, Italy and England to go though" Saying we're a level below those teams is like saying Scotland are a level below Ireland. Ireland may have done better recently but they're of roughly equal ability.

    England is equal to Italy? Yes. It's not like they are a way better team than us. We are at roughly the same level as them. Last two results against them were a draw and an England win.

    And that's based on what exactly? He said it himself. Said he was supporting England at Euro 2012.

    I think he feels more English and he only plays for Ireland because it allows him to play at a higher level - Ireland U21s as opposed to England U19s.

    I think he wants to play for England long-term 'You never know what's going to happen' - Grealish coy on international future Hopefully he is playing for us at the start of next season and he can get into the England U21s.

    It's easier to get caps for Poland than it is for England. I don't think that there are 10 teams who are definitely better than us.

    I'd say England are in fact in the top 5%. Why do we have to wait for him to do something for England? Lewandowski hasn't done anything for Poland but he'd get in the Germany team.

    Rooney granted but Gerrard got into the team of the tournament at Euro 2012. Also at Euro 2012, France and Italy could not beat us. 2010 was our worst World Cup ever and we still got out the group and only lost to Germany. Compare that to how France and Italy performed in South Africa.

    Don't turn up for England? They qualified us for the tournament didn't they? Normally we get knocked out by one of the top teams. No shame in getting knocked out by Germany or Italy. That's not having a poor tournament.
